Moody which we loved. The chili shrimp and muscles and calamari was amazing. Thanks Conroy
Thanks to all staff and Sunny for everything!
Our executive team was able to use their A/V for a presentation as well.
Food and drinks were top notch.
I arrived about five minutes before my friend for our reservation, but the host refused to seat me until she arrived, even though the restaurant was only about half full. Once we were seated, we waited close to 20 minutes before anyone came to the table to bring water or ask about drinks.
The service continued to feel strange throughout the meal. Our server spoke mostly to my friend and made eye contact with her when explaining the menu and drink options, but did not acknowledge me in the same way, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
When we ordered, we were told they were already sold out of filets, which seemed unusual for a steakhouse. We both ordered New York strips instead. I ordered mine medium, but it came out well done with very little sear and almost no flavor. For sides we ordered the potato purée, sautéed spinach, and mushrooms, and all of them lacked seasoning and were underwhelming.
With tip, the bill came to about $300, which made the overall experience even harder to justify given the quality of both the food and service.
If you are looking for a reliable steakhouse experience in the area, I would recommend saving your money and going across the street to Carnivore instead. Even the house bread here was disappointing — a single slice cut in half that was cold and tasted almost stale.
I had an amazing time. Very friendly staff. Food was amazing. First time trying caviar and it was delicious. The chef did what was right by the meatball and burger. Lobster tacos very good and with some heat. My friend had the mussels and she said they were pretty tasty. She also had the jerk chicken with the creamiest rice I have ever tasted.
Definitely going back.
Food happy hour offerings could be a bit more diverse? Truffle fries were good, burger (make those fries truffle!) & meatballs ok.
Would skip the chips & dip.
Side car great. French 75 too fruity.
Excited to see where this place goes!
