Look at this food. They close at 11pm. I ordered at 9:30pm, got my food don’t at 9:50pm. I ordered through DoorDash. Lady brought it to me no problem. Look at this and it’s cold. I have never ever had a problem with them. And now I get this. Do better because this is horrible. You had more than enough time to make my order right. And this is what I get. Things are already high but I’m pregnant and I have to deal with half ass workers. If you don’t like quit. But we all need our jobs. Do better

Now the last time I had to write a review was like six years ago, so I tried to come back again. I guess it’s over for me wanting chipotle here in Albany, Georgia. My rice was so crunchy like I don’t even know what to say, the Food was just not prepared. Well, it does not taste good I guess maybe the crunchy rice threw it all off. As much as you pay to feed a family of 5…. I feel like this was a waste of money. My meat is overcooked and it just doesn’t taste right. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had.

Never order online!!! The food is more expensive and you get very small portions. It’s a rip off. People have complained over and over and nothing has been done about it. You reach out to corporate and they give you a buy one get one coupon. So you saying not only did I lose my money behind the rip off of portions of the food, but in order for you guys to replace it I have purchase another bowl??!!! Yea I think it’s time I retire chipotle! I thought it was only through door dash but even when I ordered to pick up something!

Each time that I have gone, they’re out of sofritos. The rice is astonishingly cold and they go so fast they don’t really hear what you’re asking for. I LOVE Chipotle’s but I don’t like the Chipotle on Dawson Rd in Albany Ga.

The employees are rude. They act like the food is coming out of their checks. I watched one girl give me so little meat and when I asked for a little more meat as I’ve never experienced this before she told me she would charge me more. But the customer that came after me was a man and she treated him kind and fixed his bowl normal with the correct portions. I see the many complaints, obviously we all should just boycott the business since the owners will do nothing about it. And we don’t want no coupons. We want better service, better food portions, atleast what we pay for this is insane.

Every time I order a delivery from work they never give you utensils. The order is not prepared correctly it’s missing something or something is added that you didn’t order. Several times I’ve found plastic or something in the food. I returned my order a couple times and the lobby was a mess. Only reason I order because it is convenient at my job for such a short lunch. I will not be using this restaurant in my area. They don’t wanna refund your money always want to add a coupon or rewards.

How the hell your system goes down on a busy Friday night. It’s 7:15pm and as I entered the restaurant no signs to warn me at door. Me and another customer were told by a worker their not accepting any new orders due to system down with no ETA. What kind of service is this. I was running DoorDash and a customer ordered from this location so while I was there I ordered a chicken rice veggie beef beans sour cream bowl. 3o minuted after eating…I could not get to the bathroom fast enough. I mean it started running. I just did make. I was on the stool. Thought I was done and walked outside and there it comes again..had to run not walk but run to the stool. What did they put in that food. I’ll never go back there. The service was good and the atmosphere was good but something was in that bowl.

Very pregnant and have only been 2 times before this. This lady rushed me so bad I didn’t even get what I want she didn’t even take one minute to make my bowl she was very very rude. The chicken was absolutely burnt too. Then she clocked out and left. I would have chose to wait instead of the service I got. Will never be back. Go to moes instead

Store is FILTHY. Food Line is FILTHY. Workers FILTHY. They have gloves on but pushing trash down in the trash can and keeping on the SAME gloves handling COOKED food. ALBANY, GA location is in COMPLETE DISARRAY and it has been for well OVER A YEAR. ITS BENEATH THE CLEAN AESTHETIC BRAND. They do this with no real meaningful fix because of where this store is located (Albany, GA). Never in life have I ever had this issue with ANY other Chipotle. Waiting OVER an hour for an online order is absurd! NOT being able to order in store but redirected online and having to wait over an hour shows to lack of leadership, staffing and poor management. This was the store and all of the people waiting around for their food while 3 people try and manage it with no real leadership or direction. Piss poor.
