Usually always on point
They messed up my order and I expected to pick it up and drive to my destination in Atlanta. Ended up having to come back after my drop off and that was a 30 minute drive. I had already paid and the closest Marcos was already going to be closed by the time I came back. However, I was given an employee discount and I think that was a fair resolve. Pizza was good.

I love Marco’s Pizza, in this location used to be good, but not anymore the last two orders I placed from there they sent them out with doordash and after an hour of waiting the doordash guy just cancels my order. My family waited over 2 hours to eat dinner. The store never contacted me never offered me anything. This has happened twice there won’t be a third time! There has to be New Management just a bunch of children running a store very sad used to be great!

This has become our go to pizza place. They are always friendly and the quality is always great. Shout out to the Manager on duty tonight Brandon Williams this was the first time something was left off the order and when I called about it I was not met with any kind of attitude and he immediately made up for it. We never expect a place to be perfect, especially on a Friday night, but how issues are handled says a lot. We will continue to make this a weekend pizza night place.

I love marcos it is always my pizza of choice but I won’t be back to this one. I ordered a small pepperoni with extra cheese to go and after eating half I start seeing these little plastic or rubber stringy things that were not straight but reminded me of a very thin white but almost clear rubber band . I dont know what it was but I took the rest of the pizza apart and found about 20 of these string things. I started to call but knew it wouldn’t matter because I still couldn’t go back there. I don’t know why I didn’t take photos. I think I was too worried about what these things were to take photos. I stayed on Google searching trying to find others or some answer that would make me feel better for over an hour but I didn’t get that either so I just let it go and prayed it wouldn’t make me sick and it didn’t thank God. I still wish I knew what those things were though

My mom usually orders food for us but she was out of town so i ordered food. I was not happy with the way the person on the phone just straight up hung up on me the first time. Then the second time he proceeded to act like he didn’t know what i was saying (which could’ve been bc we had a thunderstorm the other day idrk) but we decided to order online. It said it would take about two hours (Huge thank you to Chris for delivering it to us)(didn’t take that long) but once we got it the wings were way too burnt. they’ve never been like this before. the pizza was just hard as well.

Absolutely delicious! We ordered quite a lot. Everyone was super friendly, the pizza was loaded, the salad was great, Greek is my favorite, and you can’t get a Greek salad anywhere unless you had to b the few Greek restaurants. I was super happy, not sure why everyone else is upset. Maybe they just want free food idk. But give them a try they’re great. One suggestion try to cut salt back in the bowls.
