I enjoyed the food! The Chickie’s style hot shrimp was amazing! Love the crab juice. The cheese steak was also great. Dipping that in the crab juice was absolutely delicious! The beer selection was great. First timer. Bar looked cool but we sat at a table. Ok service. Huge TV’s for sports . Only thing I did not like was the music was extremely loud and mostly rap – not my style but others will call it a plus.

Incredible Philly cheesesteak—tender, juicy steak with perfectly melted cheese on a fresh roll. The service was friendly, and the lively atmosphere made it even better. Pairing it with their famous fries was perfect. A must-visit for an authentic Philly-style experience!

Well I hope you’re not in a hurry.. you order food here an hour later it might come out. And after complaining 3 or 4 times where your food is it does come out and come out half cooked you probably serves better alcohol drinks than it does food

I was planning on eating here before an upcoming event. Looks like a place with great atmosphere and convenient location. After reading about the poor service comments, I plan on going elsewhere. Sure hope the management team improves upon Orchestrating customer service and product delivery.

Though I am grateful to the manager for refunding my money, I have to chronicle events. We arrived to an empty restaurant after the Gutfeld show Saturday with 5,000 people in attendance. The restaurant was empty except for the bar. There was only 1 server, who became overwhelmed pretty quickly.
At the start we were told to scan the code to the the menu. My wife picked the lobster fries. When the server arrived, she said as this location adjoined a stadium, it had a simpler menu, and they didn’t have that item. We quickly ordered a salad and a burger, but had to wait 20-25 minutes while we watched the 8 or so tables that had arrived after us get their food. Eventually I stood up, asked the waitress to talk to the kitchen, and looked for a manager. I couldn’t find another staff member for almost 5 minutes and was tempted just to walk out. Eventually he came and graciously refunded our $.

I was in town for the hockey tournament. Chickie’s & Pete’s is attached to the arena so you can go in and out between games or intermissions. Had a few drinks, some wings, and some crab fries. The wings and drinks were delicious. I was not a fan of the crab fries, simply because they are a little too salty for me but a lot of people liked them. Our waitress was great and kept the drinks flowing.

I bought my son and daughter-in-law $50 gift card for christmas. When they went to use it this evening they were told that it’s not accepted at the Allentown location. Then I find out it’s also not accepted at many other chickies and Pete’s locations. I never heard of anything so stupid in my life. Think that I gave him a gift card and they wouldn’t let him use at the restaurant I feel terrible now

Food was mediocre at best. Fries needed more seasoning. Chicken cheesesteak was bland. Service was okay. I did go on a Friday though right before a concert. Bar area was very inviting.

Tasty food! The Crabfries were the perfect appetizers, along with the cheese and sweet maple dipping sauce. The Crabcake Sandwich and Lobster Roll were delicious. The restaurant was clean, spacious and well decorated. Lots of TVs!
