Braaaaaaaaa that was the best catfish and fries I’ve had in a long time. Fried to perfection for a person with the pop out chompers… nice golden sweet hush puppies not over cooked and soft moist in the middle. They got the house made tarter and it’s KILLER in a good way!! Best part for me the food looked clean. Nice clean oil , no excess oil all over food and in the tray. I thought the cheesecake would be good but they miss the mark for me. I’ll update with pictures later because I’m for sure going back to get me another 3pc CF dinner. This would be my second time and I must say WAYYYYYYYYYYY BETTER THAN HOOK ON VERITY

I ordered their salad and it was very fresh. No wilted greenery no off-putting tastes or smells, just great ingredients. The female owner was very accomadating with what dressing to use and made sure the food was up to great standards. I ended up choosing a few of their home made dressing such as garlic, spicy Chipotle ranch and believe some type of lime dressing and it was a perfect blend. The rice was warm and fluffy, and vegetables were crunchy and vibrant .
All and all very pleased and will definitely be back for another salad.

I’m giving such a hard review because I paid over $20 for a 2 pc salmon filet and it’s a single piece of salmon and a laughable portion of rice.
I understand that prices can go up because of inflation, but for portions this small, $20 is ridiculous.
It’s empty in there and it’s most likely because of the prices because the food is decent.

Took my Family here to eat on Christmas Day, as they were open. Got the 3 pc catfish meal, and it was great! The fish was freshly cooked, and the fries were seasoned just right (with salt and pepper). The meal came with tartar sauce and it’s much better tasting than Long John Silvers for sure.
Both the Wife and Kids loved their food, and wanted to come back for sure.
Highly recommending this place, and if you’re unsure for lunch or dinner on Christmas day, then give this place a try! They’re open til 1am on Christmas, as of this date I’ve been here.

How is this place SO EXPENSIVE????? This looks more like a bill I’d get at a fancy restaurant. The food was mediocre at best. And also be warned, this restaurant is NOT handicap or disability friendly. The steps in are steep and have no hand railing, so it was hard to get my grandma inside but she really wanted to try it. The inside is poorly lit and extremely noisy. Loud radio and five TVs all playing different things, as well as being very hot in there! I got so overstimulated just 5-10 minutes into it that I couldn’t eat anymore. Which is fine I guess since the portions are tiny and not very good.

Don’t be deceived by the 1 star reviews! My wife, daughter and I went to this place on 9/4/25 and it is under new ownership. We knew of the place prior and would go for the catfish so we stopped in and tried the new place. The food is in my opinion a lot better with more variety with there being 5 menus to choose from. We had the cat fish, cat fish nuggets, and wings. We were highly impressed with the food, service, and changes made. This is a hidden gem. Must try the grilled catfish! We will most definitely be regulars! If you’re reading this thank you again for the great food and service
