I pull up to the drive-thru and attendant immediately said they weren’t taking orders because they had too many DoorDash requests. I explained that I had already placed an order through the app, and he only replied that it wasn’t ready without even asking for my name.
When I reached the window, he seemed more stressed than rude. I received my food and left without checking the bag, but when I got home I found that condiments and a wrap were missing, and the combo sizes were incorrect.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I doubt I’ll be returning.

Made me wait at the drive thru for like 20 min. Served me cold food, and my double cheese burgers were singles (even after the cashier verified they were doubles when I drove up to the window. If you go there keep your order simple. Go to the one on Greely instead.

I ordered the steakhouse whopper they have now. The flavor of the meat was very good but the sandwich could be 100% better if they used real onion rings instead of onion flavored dough rings. They are disgusting.

I have never been so disrespected before at this restaurant. The elderly lady who gave me my meal was very disrespectful after I told her that my fries were cold. That is the only request I ask for everytime I go to burger king

99% of the time they are slower than molasses usually due to two people working in the place At a time. It hasn’t seen management management since management was invented. It seems like! the foods is a toss up at best, but yet here I am still going.

We ended up waiting at the drive up for nobody to serve us or even start an order. Others pulled away the wait was so long. We decided to drive away as well. We went to a different sight. Hope things change here.

If I could give more than 5 stars for service I would. The employees were so nice. We returned inside after a drive thru order to use the restroom. The staff was very friendly then also. They forgot cheese on my mom’s burger and replaced it with 2 slices and some coupons for the trouble. It was no trouble at all, but the gesture was appreciated. I would go back to this location again, just for the people, the food would be a bonus.

They messed up our order. They gave us somebody else’s order which looked like a mother and her kid’s food and we didn’t realize it until we got home. Drove back. Apparently the other patron was at the drive through in that moment. They took the returned food, which was obviously cold by now and gave it to them, and then gave us our correct order, cold, and missing sauce. They didn’t even apologize, take ownership or offer anything to make it right in any way. What would be expected, even from a McDonald’s, would be to fire up fresh orders (McDonald’s at least does that when they make a mistake). Not these staff members though. They seem to just be going through the motions without any worth ethic or responsibility. Would not reccomend. The atmosphere was dreary, the staff’s behavior was lackluster and they weren’t communicating with eachother, and the food is below subpar, even for fast food in Cheyenne. Would highly NOT recommend, even in a pinch. Everyone deserves better than this.

Went through the drive through ordered 3 bacon double cheese and one regular double cheeseand a 4 piece mozzarella stick. And this is what you get. Nothing that you ordered burger wise mozzarella stick were correct. Customer services is horrible and rude. So rip you off by not supplying the correct food ordered and then basically fruad you by charging for services not recieved. Then have employees wanting increased pay for a job they cannot perform correctly.
