when i placed an online order not knowing there may or may not have the ingredients. i picked mine up and my friend as well but they didn’t have her order ready and asked why, there were out of most of the meat (turkey, ham, pepperoni, bacon and so on). i asked for my friends receipt and had to go to the other subway place on E state st, they had all the ingredients available and perfectly made when i asked to use the paid receipt i brought over. when i arrived home ready to eat it, my order was not complete (i had no bacon or pepperoni, had provolone on instead of shredded monterey cheese). disappointed. not cool. do better. plus it’s a college town with hungry students, you should really be stocked on ingredients!!

When visiting to have lunch today, there was not a single customer wearing a mask, even those standing in line and placing orders, in violation of city ordinance. While I understand that the business does not need to enforce the mask ordinance on its customers, at the very least it needs to notify when entering the building that masks are required. There is no such signage of any form to this effect. I quietly walked out, and will be taking my money elsewhere until I see that this business is serious about protecting the health of its customers and employees.

While they’re decent if you go in person, if you order it on DoorDash they always mess it up, always. They either forget items, include wrong ingredients/ forget others and the quality is awful. Really tired of them getting something wrong every time.

Ordered a turkey bacon avocado wrap today no avocado on it at all when it arrives. Ranch bacon turkey and shredded cheese and lettuce. When I called the girl said you didn’t check the avocado box . Well generally when the name of the sub had avocado right in it as a main ingredients you would think it would be on there . $17 for a lunch that wasn’t even what I orders and a lame excuse for why it was wrong

The lady with the blonde dreads is really passive aggressive. When I walk in, she is always saying, “It’ll take like 25 minutes. I am all by myself.” This neglects other customers that come in, and reflects a negative attitude towards customers. Furthermore, she constantly interrupts customers when they are ordering. She always looks pissed off whenever you come in. She either needs more training to improve her customer service skills or needs to be terminated from her job. It is unprofessional and unacceptable to act like this in customer service.

I keep seeing negative reviews and honestly I’m thinking it’s just the people the staff has the unfortunate luck of having come in.I have been going to this subway for a few years now and everyone is always very nice yes they have long lines but its court street go into any restaurant on this side of town and you will have a long wait no one is ever rude and it’s always clean however I have been there a few times when the kids in line were down right rude to the staff all I can say is you get what you give people the level of entitlement that some customers have is crazy So I definitely give the staff at court street sub way 5 stars if I could give more I would just for having to put up with what they do on a daily basis food is great people are great
