This is the closest sonic to my home. I will never go there again. I do not know any other way to say this, but service was absolutely unprofessional. They left me sitting at the window for a long time and were very rude to me. Previous to this the food there bare minimum only go because of convenience and the only one near me, but I will never be going back again. I am 49 years old and I have never called corporate on a single person nor company. Ever. Until tonight. The people you have working there is unacceptable! After I was rude to I left I called corporate. They asked me for the store number. I did not know that so I said let me ride back by there when I did, I looked to see the store number and some big mouth loudmouth brute man girl comes out with her phone recording very aggressive saying she calling the cops. I was just doing what corporate told me to do.This is crazy. Y’all need to do better. Ridiculous. Not the company I loved the food always have but this spot here in Albany Georgia wow the next two questions say did you die and take out delivery what did you get? I didn’t get anything I left. I’ll never go back again nor my kids or my 19 nieces or nephews nor my friends promise you that not there.

I recently visited Sonic and noticed it’s no longer operating as a traditional drive-in at this location — it’s drive-through only now. That was a little disappointing because the classic carhop experience is part of what makes Sonic unique.
That said, the food was fresh and tasted great. Everything was made correctly, and service was efficient. The only downside for me personally was that it gave me some heartburn afterward — but that’s more about how my stomach handles certain foods than the quality itself.
Overall, still solid flavor and good service, just missing that nostalgic drive-in vibe.

They are in there laughing and playing and can’t get the order right after I sent it back twice. They gave it back the second time with a freezing cold bun and was laughing. I asked for a refund and the cashier tells me just call the number on the receipt. The manager finally gives the refund but does not show her face or apologize. I have been coming here and been through ups and downs with this location, but it’s right by my house. I’ve never stopped going for 15 years. I will not be back. I don’t trust what they do to the food in there and the manager should care. If the manager doesn’t care, I’m not eating there.

Was sitting at Stall 11 waiting for our order to be taken, pressed the button to order over 10 times, not a single person took our order. We were sitting there for well over 20 minutes waiting. Very unhappy with this service, will probably never attempt to order here again. Doordash from now on.

If I could give a zero I would my order was completely wrong. Bread was wet and soggy. When I tried to talk to the manager in charge he would even let me speak he just talked over me.

I hate to do this, but I’m severely disappointed. I place a mobile order nearly every day because the strawberry dr pepper is my absolute favorite thing in life (it has been since I was a teenager), and it’s been getting progressively worse every time I go. I really honestly don’t think I’ll be back to Ledo Sonic. Today when I ordered my drink, I ordered it 2 hours ahead and set the pick up time for 12:30. So, I get there a couple of minutes before 12:30, and on my app it’s saying I’ve already checked in and received my drink, which was not the case because I’d just arrived. Honestly, I didn’t have the time to try to hash it out with the manager so I just ordered another one. But the drink that I did get was DISGUSTING. It tasted like either the syrup was almost out, or it was diet. Or, hell, probably both. I know it’s easy to make little mistakes in the food industry, but come on.

I am definitely not going there anymore. Every single time I go you wait in line for ever, if your order is right you’re lucky. Today will be the last day I give them my business. I literally threw away what was given to me and went somewhere else. Sonic you really need to do better.

Lately it seems like the service is getting slower and slower even if no one is in line. The blasts have not been mixed well the bottom quarter being untouched. Employees have been borderline rude at times.

The lady taking my order took her sweet time asking me each question about my meal. Then she did not repeat my order back to me. So I asked a second time, did you get that burger with no cheese? She takes her long pause, and says yes. I just got home and opened my food and there’s cheese on my burger. I guess I will have to start checking my food before leaving, but I was trusting the girl today. Never again. The service is always great and they are always friendly. The lady at the window was super nice. At least y’all have her.

I have never had such a terrible visit at a Sonic drive in.
Starting with a 20 minute wait to get through the drive through, followed by too much effort to even take our order, I should have taken those as the warning signs and just left, but no. My fault was being hungry and waiting around to see that the food quality surpassed the previously mentioned annoyances.
The burgers we’re cold, so cold that it couldn’t even begin to melt the cheese. Sauce and condiments had to have been put on across the room, for no one could intentionally put them on so ridiculously on purpose (or accident even). It leaves me wondering why it took so long if the food was not even cooked fresh! There was a line of cars waiting too.
I hope it is not always this way at this location. Maybe just never visit this location later in the day as that is when the nit wits come to work.
