The service was horrible but the food was WAY BETTER THAN I REMEMBERED. So 4/5 stars it is. I got the Carol plate which is the fried Chicken breast with waffles that comes with syrup and butter. I inhaled my food. I mean I demolished my plate that’s how good it was and to be honest I wanted more but I decided not to be greedy. I first came here back in 2014 for a friend’s 21st birthday celebration and I can’t believe the food is way better than I could remember. I believe the drink I got was called the Sunset but I do not really remember but definitely the cherry on top with this experience.

We wanted to try this place because, of course its famous! We had high expectations. Chicken was just ok and overcooked. Grits lacked taste. Waffle was good and the chili cheese fries with chicken on top were the best thing we had.

We go after church at least once a month…..closed Pasadena location so we come here 30 min. drive but, well worth it food hot hot hot, soo yummy. I personally like this location better than Pasadena more spacious not so tight a fit when u eat. If u have never came here its super worth it. Just do it! Bet u will come back.

Came in yesterday and as soon as I walked in I was greeted. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The food was amazing, so good I didn’t even get to take a photo because I immediately dug in. I deducted one star because it took very long for my food to come out. Also even though my server was very kind and personable she checked in once after I got my food but never after that. I had to wait pretty long to find a surver walking around and flag her down for a leftovers container and my bill. That however is my only complaint, if I didn’t live and hour and a half away I would absolutely be here more often.

We finally had the chance to visit this Roscoe’s & take my uncle to try the fried chicken. He wasn’t into eating a waffle at lunch, but he devoured that biscuit with the gravy on the rice. I had the tasty 3 wing with greens combo, sadly no biscuit on my combo, but was not expecting the wings to be a bigger size. Also, ordered a side of slaw and mac & cheese, both were good and creamy & I highly recommend the lemonade w fruit punch combo, the Sunset.
This location highly deserves the 5 stars for the service because as soon as we walked in, we were asked if we needed special seating area for my uncle and his wheelchair. They accomodated him by removing a chair & not just having him sit on the edge where he would of been bumped by the customers. Also, had a great server Pedro, who kept checking on us and noticed my uncle wasn’t eating too much because he said he was full and offered him the to go box to keep his food warm in case he wanted to eat as we finished.
I am picking up something different to try the next time I am in the area. By the way, this location was very clean and the parking, though small & somewhat tight at the Washington entrance, they have an attendant to guide you to the empty spots.

We came at a great time. It wasn’t packed, and was able to get the food in about 15 mins, it was hot, fresh and delicious. I have been wanting to go to Roscoe’s and picked a nice day and time. Wed around 4:30 pm. By the time we were leaving about 5:30, it was starting to get busier.

Came here visiting from New York on vacation. Eric Bellinger said it best #9 with a large sunrise. First and foremost we had the sweetest waitress Cheryl! She was extremely helpful and attentive and she made sure we got to sample a few of the sides so we can make the best choice. We went for breakfast, but ultimately I would’ve absolutely went back for dinner if I had the time in town. The chicken and waffles were Ofcourse yummy but I the CHILI was top notch funny enough. I would absolutely go back as long as I had Cheryl as my waitress

The service was good. Atmosphere was good and the eggs were excellent. But my biscuit was hard as a rock. It had to have been sitting all day. My sausage patties weren’t any better. They have been sitting too. I just peeled the edges off and ate the middle. I usually always love roscoe’s. This particular location sucked.
