Awful service ! Will never go back. Ask for extra Cream Cheese on a toasted Bagel, they charge almost 3 times the price for a little extra. Grandson fed Ducks in back and an employee came out yelling at us to stop. Scared my Grandson. Really yelling at a child for feeding ducks ? Bizarre store/staff. Go elsewhere ! Coffee area not very clean as well.

Amazing food, I had a custom bagel with fresh salmon, a mocha latte, and a Santa Fe Bagel (to go) I prefer their coffee over others. Spent a good portion of the day with a business partner at a table. This was my first time sitting inside. It’s a nice atmosphere and you can easily carry a conversation.

I was shorted 2 bagels from my dozen pickup order. It’s never happened before. I called Mary back immediately to tell her I was 2 short. She’s so very nice and assured me I could pick them up plus an extra for my trouble later in the day. I went in to pick up, Mary wasn’t there. I saw that the set aside bag had been marked over from 3 to 2, which I’m not complaining about. The manager said I must be mistaken that i must have gotten 11 and this wasn’t a bakers dozen either!
