Sat at the bar with (Cam )
Me and a few friends sitting close to closing time already had food in boxes

We go to order our last round, (Cam) mentions the manager said no more that they were close and we can’t get the last round
It was 10:08

Never mention last call never asked if we wanted one more round for last call

I ask for a manager
Manager comes great customer service and let (Cam) know it was FINE for us to order our last round and that manager ment “they were close” nothing about last rounds of drinks

We let him know three before he makes them I cancel mine because I’d rather not pay $20 for a espresso martini

(Cam) then says “you did all that just to not order the drink” ummmmm excuse me?

I said I’d rather not pay $20 for one drink he continues to make a drink

Me and my friends are discussing the “last call situation” he over hears it and asked us where do we work as if we should know how the restaurant business go

And yes all 4 of us work in a restaurant and knows to let our guests know about last call

I really don’t appreciate (Cam) trying to be funny and the slick comments

Mind you we spent over $300 with (Cam)

Husband made reservations for our anniversary. They place rose petals on your table so all the wait staff is aware of the occasion. Service was great. Food was nice and hot and of course the steaks were still sizzling. They have complimentary valet parking which is nice because parking is very limited. We will be back probably next year only because of the costs.

I hosted my Client Appreciation party for my real estate business House of Kris, and couldn’t have asked for a better evening. Valerie, the Catering Sales Manager, made the planning process seamless and stress free. On the night of the event, the service was impeccable. August and the servers were amazing, making sure no glass was empty and following my timeline perfectly. And from the kitchen, perfection! Chef Jewel had our food out hot and delicious. My clients have not stopped raving about the quality of the food! If you’re looking for an elevated space to host a milestone event where you know your guests will be truly taken care of, this is the place. Thank you to the entire team for helping me celebrate such a special milestone for my business!

Had a fantastic experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. The food was outstanding from start to finish. The steaks were cooked perfectly and came out sizzling, full of flavor and exactly what you expect from a classic steakhouse. We started with oysters and calamari, both fresh, well prepared, and a great way to kick off the meal.

The sides really stole the show. The sweet potato casserole was rich and comforting, the creamed spinach was smooth and flavorful, and the lobster mac and cheese was decadent without being over the top. Everything was served hot, well timed, and clearly made with care.

Service was attentive and professional, and the atmosphere felt polished yet welcoming. It was the kind of dining experience where you can relax, take your time, and enjoy good food and good company.

Absolutely worth the visit and I’d gladly go back.

We had reservations for an early Valentine’s dinner. We checked in for our reservation and it took them more than 15 minutes to seat us. While there were 5 people hovering near the desk no one bothered to check in with us to let us know that they were running behind. When we were finally seated, we were taken to an area that I can best describe as a meeting room at the Hilton Garden Inn…complete with a flat screen on the wall…I was waiting for the PowerPoint presentation to begin…so the atmosphere was awful. As someone who has spent a good part of my career in rooms like that…I felt like I was at work…not a fancy dinner. The service was excellent. Our server was attentive and friendly. Exactly what you’d expect from a nicer restaurant. Food…meh. This was not my first time at a Ruth’s Chris but it was the first time at this location. So having eaten at other locations, I expected the food to be consistent. Chopped salad-good. French onion soup-tasteless. Steaks-excellent. Shrimp-ate one bite and pushed the rest to the side so do what you will with that information. Mashed potato-boxed, instant texture. Loaded Baked Potato-fine. Cheesecake and Carrot Cake-nowhere near as good as I’ve had at other locations. The carrot cake was tasteless. So while I absolutely appreciated the excellent service, it wasn’t enough to make up for the lack of ambiance and mediocre food. I had high expectations because this has always been one of my favorite steak houses in other cities. But this location was underwhelming. That’s probably an understatement…

Food was delicious. Sweet potato casserole crust was a bit disappointing since it wasn’t caramelized.

Ruth’s Chris Revue: A Disappointing Brunch Experience

My wife and I celebrated her birthday at Ruth’s Chris for brunch today. We’ve visited several locations around the country, but this was our first time for brunch.

We arrived on schedule and were promptly seated. We ordered cocktails and entrees shortly after. The manager checked on us within 10 minutes, which was a positive start.

However, after 30 minutes, I inquired about our cocktails. Another 5 minutes passed before we received them. My wife had the Sangria special, while I opted for the Bloody Mary. I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with the advertised blue cheese stuffed olive as a garnish.

Our entrees arrived another 10 minutes later. They were barely warm, as if they had been sitting for at least 10 minutes. To add insult to injury, I had to ask for my coffee twice, and it finally arrived when I was nearly finished with my meal.

Our server was inattentive and blamed everyone but himself for the delays. The filets were cooked to perfection, but they were unfortunately just barely warm. I had steak and eggs, and the eggs were undercooked with the whites being clear and liquid.

This experience was so disappointing because all of our previous visits to Ruth’s Chris around the nation had been great. We must put the blame on our server and the manager for not checking on us again.

We did leave a substantial tip in spite of the inattentive response because we understand the hard work that it takes from an entire team to make each guest have a memorable experience.

Restaurant week 2025 : Waitress Kaylee is an absolute sweetheart, she’s very attentive and accommodating. The ambiance was romantic, dim lights with mix of booths and tables. The restrooms are her/his & clean. Ordered from the Prix Fix menu and was a perfect line up. Took dessert home. This was a nice evening with a good friend.

The place is beautiful and exquisite. The atmosphere is great, comfortable. Our server, Jonah was top notch! He presented himself and the restaurant with excellency. Made my first visit very pleasant. The food was absolutely delicious! The steak practically melted in your mouth, there was no toughness in it at all. The salmon and shrimp were flavorful. The only thing I would change is the spice level. Needed just a bit more of it. Overall it’s a lovely place to dine and enjoy yourself

We dined with a party of 12, and valet parking was complimentary, which was a nice touch. When we arrived, we had the required number of guests present to be seated for our reservation, but we still had to wait about 12–15 minutes before our table was ready.

Our waiter was excellent — attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the evening. I ordered the Chilean sea bass with crimini mushrooms and a sweet potato casserole with pecans (which I shared with my husband). Everything was perfectly cooked and very flavorful.

My husband ordered the cowboy steak with steak fries. While the steak was slightly overcooked, it was still tender; however, it lacked seasoning and tasted quite bland. Another guest in our party who ordered the same steak had the same experience — a large but unseasoned cut of beef.

Other guests ordered Caesar salads, crab cakes, pork chops, spicy salmon and shrimp, and gumbo, and they all spoke highly of their meals. Portions were generous, and several of us had enough to take home.
Overall, it was a great experience with good service, generous portions, and mostly very good food.
