Made an order for delivery for my birthday just wanted a nice dinner was told it would be 30 MINUTES I waited 2 HOURS Call the store and I get connected with a call center I guess? They had to call the store which was weird considering I called the store myself. But still they were like “we’re not doing delivery tonight” like you couldn’t have told me that before I waited for 2 hours??? Terrible service and a ruined birthday. Will not be doing business with this Pizza Hut again.

It might be a little wait time but you will always get it fresh and hot. LOVE LOVE this location the only one I go to. They work as a team and to make us customers happy. Will always be my go to place on Wednesday. 10/10

Ordered 2 pizzas for my family and breadsticks and an 8 PIECE “wing” supposed to be traditional and yeah it was the worst decision of my life. Hair baked into the cheese in one of the slices of pizza and 4 out of the 8 wings were basically inedible. The service is crappy a bunch of young kids there for a check not worrying about the customer blasting trifling music with horrendous lyric. The girl making the pizzas wasn’t wearing a hat or hair net the girl at the front taking the money didn’t greet anyone just asked what I needed as if I clearly I didn’t order and obviousl come in to pick it up. This area is getting worse and worse and the service is as well.

I’ve been here 3 times and have yet to get an edible pie. This last one was quite burnt (see photos) and nearly inedible.
I try to be easy on staff, knowing how hard fast food is, but this was pretty rough.
Also, this place is nasty and looks like they haven’t cleaned anything at all up front in years.

The pizza was hot, ingredients tasted fresh absolutely delicious I ordered chicken and bell peppers with hut favorite crust. Nice staff too, thanks

The management is HORRIBLE there!! The customer service is trash! They are rude and yell at customers as if its their fault the Internet messed up the orders. Cooks don’t use gloves nor hair nets. The service is terrible everytime I go. If there was one closer I’d go to a different one.
