We had the best customer service yesterday. I didn’t get the young lady’s name, but she was sorry patient with us as each kid wanted to order separately (to use their own gift card). She walked them through the menu, the checkout process, and even complimented their good manners. She was amazing and so easy to work with. Definitely will go back, even though it’s “corporate”, but the workers are local and great!

Big Starbucks with lots of space. Tables and chairs are wide apart from each other, so it doesn’t feel crowded.
They have me a Grande while I ordered a Venti. No biggie, they changed it immediately and I could keep my grande.
They were pretty busy when we were here. The art on the wall is nice. Music is not overwhelming loud.
Not much parking space up front, but I’ll suffice. There’s outdoor seating, but it feels more like sitting on the curb. It’s next to a pretty busy road.

This is a horrible horrible customer service example. I ordered door dash, got one venti cold drink and one venti hot drink. They both came half filled. And the bag was very hard to open. I’m very very disappointed in this business in the fact I came here constantly. I figured they would keep meeting my expectations. I work in customer service myself and I would never ever treat someone this way. These people need to do better. If I could give them zero stars I would. I’m not the type to do this at all but I’m very very upset with my experience. When I called them to try talking about my experience I got hung up on.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Starbucks. Flies everywhere. Extremely unclean. Rude employees. My cortado was over aerated and tasted like a cappuccino.
I watched the employees treat a customer rudely and laugh at a customer because she wasn’t sure if the order on the counter was hers. Absolutely horrible. I wanted to sit and enjoy my beverage but couldn’t because of how terrible the experience was.

I went here for coffee with friends and it was delicious! Quick and friendly service, always a favorite place! I ordered the strawberry açaí refresher and it was amazing! They also have a drive through option! Definitely going to be coming back soon!

This is the largest SBUX store I have ever seen. The place was very clean and the service was nice. I’ve seen the other reviews about drive-thru getting faster service and that may be true. We drove thru once and the service was efficient and delivered with a smile. We went inside one day and it was a little bit slower but still good customer service. To be fair, we ordered a lot of drinks and snacks too. My daughter works at our local store and I know the drive-thru does get priority but these are Corporate mandates.

Not sure what happened to this Starbucks. It used to be super clean, but now the floors are visibly dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting, and on top of that, the workers seem bothered that customers are even coming in. Really disappointing change.

Generally okay with this location. But I hate they ask me for my name. I don’t give it and it never fails that they press me again for my name. I don’t want to give my name to you. You dont need my name to make a coffee. If I was okay with giving you my name I would have given it the first time. Please stop pressing customers who don’t give you their name to give it.
