This place is always fulfilling & WAAAAY better than Taco Bell. Happy with the service & the food was delicious not to mention the empanadas on Fridays!!! I gave them a 3 for atmosphere because my eyes started irritating me after sitting there for a bit. I just think the ventilation/circulation of the air wasn’t too good. Simple fix but we will continue coming here.

This is my first time here, and the foods was fabulous! Fresh homemade goodness. Guacamole and a triple steak stack amazing!! Very friendly crew nice place in nice ambiance. This is my little nugget that I found since I just moved to Parsons. I will be back! Thank you Eric and Michelle and the rest of the crew.

We drove through Parsons on the way home from a high school football game so went through the drive thru. There were at least 5 cars ahead of me when I pulled up. I felt dread as I have been in this situation many times before with 20-30 minute wait times at other fast food restaurants. It was less than 7 minutes, and I was driving away with a full order for 4 people. I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve waited much longer for food after placing online orders at Taco Bell, Sonic, or McDonalds. The food was yummy as well. I highly recommend this Taco Mayo, they were on their game last night.

I had such a bad day at work, and this actually made it worse. It was the tipping point. I ordered two number fours with a vanilla Dr. Pepper and a lime Coke, but asked to switch the hard tacos with soft tacos. She told me she couldn’t do that, so I said alright, just switch it to two bean burritos and add a single soft taco. Then she charged everything separately instead of as a combo and left a meal out. This restaurant was recommended to me by a couple of friends, so when I was headed this direction I decided to swing through and check it out.
The food was cheap and the staff was friendly. Shoutout to the girl taking our orders and making the taco salads. She was very friendly and had a warm, welcoming smile. Great person to have working out front and interacting with customers.
The building looked nice and had adequate parking. The interior floor looked horrible and made the whole place appear dirty. The tables and chairs were all clean, the bad floor just made the entire restaurant seem dirty.
As for the food, the portions were quite generous. My party was pleased that the taco salads had a lot of meat in them. The ground beef seemed lacking in spices. It was very bland on it’s own. I had to add sauce to give it flavor. I was glad sour cream was included on the taco salads at no additional charge.
The large burrito seemed to be lacking in meat. It was mostly beans. The size was excellent, just hoping for more meat on it.
The potato locos were solid. The spices on them were nice.
The guacamole we ordered was basically a smashed up avocado. I love smashed avocado, but guacamole should have peppers, onions or at least some spices in the mix.
Overall, the prices were good, but the food was bland. The interior floor made it seem dirty. If I come through again, I’ll try the drive through and remember to order sauce packets.

They haven’t gotten our order right for the last four orders in over a few months. This time I ordered a chicken nacho supreme, no beans or jalapenos. I got beef nachos. I can’t eat beef. Guess I won’t eat tonight.

Went here a few months ago and forgot to leave a review. The food here is delicious! My personal favorite is the taco salad bowl. The first time I had food from Taco Mayo was in Oklahoma in 2018. So it was nice to see one again.
