Wow what a horrible Taco Bell !! Paid for 2 extra tubs of Nacho Cheese sauce and not filled all the way to the top like they should be ! I was told by the guy that makes the food that was the serving portion . What a rip off ! I will make sure corporate knows about this !! I will NEVER return to this Taco Bell !!!

2nd visit: WHY DID I THINK THIS VISIT WOULD BE DIFFERENT?
Needed a quick dinner after a busy day. We were missing items from our order and the 2 orders of pintos and cheese were a joke! There was literally less than a teaspoon of beans covered with sauce and cheese. We have been getting this for years so we took them back to the counter and were told this was the “correct portion.” We scooped out the sauce and cheese to show the lady behind the counter the thin pitiful layer of beans on the bottom and she again said this was the accurate serving size. Also while we were there, a male worker went into the bathroom and came out less than a minute later. There was NO WAY he had time to wash his hands properly – if at all. I will drive across town to another location before I visit this poor excuse for a Taco Bell ever again!
1st visit: Taco Bell is a quick way to get a bite for our family since this location is near our home. Today, however, I was extra disappointed. My soft taco only had about 1 tablespoon of meat. And the lettuce and cheese were skimped on as well! Very disappointed! Do better Taco Bell!

I have gone to this many times when I’m Taco Bell I’m Pullium Street in San Angelo Texas. The service is horrible. The food is horrible and I’m completely fed up this. This one needs new management and a whole new crew. Somebody really needs to get in here and fix this Taco Bell or close it down and I need a refund because I’m tired of this. I ordered the cantina chicken power bowl didn’t even get any chicken and got the three tacos barely got meat. This is this is crazy new management needs to be put in place cause this one’s had a lot of problems for the last couple of years.

I just ordered from the drive thru. I never leave reviews for places, but this Taco Bell was horrible this food was the grossest thing I’ve ever had. Usually I don’t mind cold fries but their nachos fries were cold and tasted as if they were days old. My stacker looked like diarrhea. My chicken taco was fine. The spicy potato taco tortilla was hard.

We ordered 3 combo meals w/drinks for pickup — the ones we had picked on the menu were “unavailable” so we ordered 3 other ones. Each combo had different customizations. When we picked the order up, it was ALL dumped carelessly in one big bag, with the little bags (cinnamon twists, chips) spilled out into the big bag. NOTHING was separated by order, NO boxes, and NOTHING was MARKED!! I thought I could at least pick my burrito out, because I had ordered it “grilled” – but after opening all 3, I found that NONE of them were grilled! And which one had no beans?? I had to open every.single.item. Only to find that none of us got the entire combo as we had ordered it. It was very frustrating, and after I finally got the orders separated as good as possible, and all the chips/twists put back in their little bags, I realized there were no green sauce packets, which I had PAID for! Plus, there was hardly any cheese on anything! Skimpy serving sizes. Very unpleasant experience – frustrated – hangry – disapointed. NOT the first time.

Asked for sauce at the speaker and at the window. The lady looks in my bag and says “sauce is in the bag” I get back to work and there’s no sauce in the bag!? Who does that!? Why look in there and reassure me when you obviously didn’t see it!? So annoying

The taco shells were seemingly fresh and uncracked. I’ve had plenty of taco bell and the tacos might as well be parsley but at this location they were the main dish. Restaurant was clean and staff seem to have good chemistry. They’re doing it right here.
