My husband and I ordered a chicken salad, the chicken was frozen! I asked for chips and got an apple. The service is poor, they see you standing there and totally ignore you. Will not go back here again. I know it’s hard to find good employees that care, but come on would they want their food like that. This place has really gone down hill.

So there’s a guy that works in the mornings he’s handicapped anyway he really should not be working with food. He has some kind of a nervous twitch or something and he’s constantly touching his his face his his hair, his hat his lips he’s always touching something and. Yes, he puts a pair of gloves on when he goes to handle food, but as soon as he touches the glove, he contaminate the glove because he had just got done touching his face so after he touches his face and touches the glove, then contaminate the glove, which then contaminate anything he touches. It’s actually kind of disgusting and after watching him today, I actually threw the cookie that I bought away. You guys need to teach him that he cannot be touching his face all the time. It’s truly disgusting.

Waited here for an hour for our food just for none of it to be right. It was a whole disaster. People not getting their food, lining up for refunds, and nobody’s orders were right. It looked like they had plenty of staff, but it didn’t seem like any of them knew what they were doing. They started turning people away at the counter because the wait was so long, but the crazy thing is that there were not that many people at all. Just seemed like the two girls at the counter thought it was funny that nobody was getting food. Seemed like the whole staff were teenagers and none of them knew what they were doing and they thought it was funny. The manager didn’t really let us know what the problem was either. I’ve been here before, and I really haven’t had any problems, but this is insane. People had been leaving because they were waiting for over an hour, so food from hours earlier would just be sitting there with nobody to take it.

The employees were very nice and quick but the portion sizes were shamefully small. I ordered a chicken napa salad sandwich to-go and I wouldn’t be joking to say there might have been a 1/2 cup of salad between the bread. Unfortunately I only have a picture of the one side but you can see how small the amount of chicken was. Mostly it was lettuce to bulk it up and make it look like a giant sandwich. Very disappointed for $10…

Super clean store and fast fast service. The food (Bistro French Onion Soup and Steak and White Cheddar sandwich) was very tasty. I have only been to Panera once or twice for food before. After this experience, I will definitely be back.

Ordered grilled cheese and this is what we got. Hard old cheese on soggy bread. Soup was cold and the drink area was disgusting. $ 33.00 for 2 half sandwiches, soup and drinks. For that price I would expect a little more.

So many different options to create the perfect mean. I love their French onion soup and Mediterranean greens and grains salad. Perfect potions IN restaurant. However, I have ordered it out and the salad and soup seems much smaller and wetter. Always pleasant staff when I’ve gone.
