Very disappointed. Walked in ordered to go at kiosk. Whopper meal. Ordered with extra onions and cut in half. Got back to my job site not cut in half no extra onions and burger was cold and hard and discolored on the outer edges. Something that was sitting around under lamp for extended period of time. Number doesn’t match on burger from order receipt

Go there on Wednesday for the 3.99 whopper deal I order the whopper meal large pull up they tell me the regular price I ask why they said you can only get the sale if its a small, I said the website says 7.50 for the large she says no so I said fine I want a small she has a bad attitude about it but says ok and then when I get my food (see pictures below) not only is it made completely wrong from the way I ordered it and I did ask for cheese and the screen said it when I ordered it and when she switched it to a small she didn’t do it right but also it looks purposely done and possibly something nasty was put on it or done to it by the way it looks I’m definitely not eating it nor ever going back I’ve worked in the food industry my whole life and messing with people’s food is so wrong and as for the pricing disagreement they were wrong (see below) obviously it wouldn’t cost over 8 dollars for a large fry and pop it would cost what they already charge for a large upgrade which is the same price for all their combos 0/10 never going back.

Love that everytime I go to any Burger King they charge me for the extra sauce which is fine but why charge me for it when I ask you for sauce then I look in my bag and it’s not there, it never fails. And I used my code to get the free fries with purchase, went back and forth for like 2 minutes trying to get him to understand. And when I get my receipt I got charged for the fries. $18 for a medium whopper meal and a large fry. Definitely not worth it, oh and no sauce

No one to take my order so I used the kiosk. Waited over 20 minutes for two burgers, fries, and totes. I understand because it looks like only 3 people were working. Asked the lady at the counter if this was a bacon cheese burger because it was the size of a junior burger. She said that is what the sticker says and turned back around. I have never had a regular bacon burger this small before. Photo to compare my Steakhouse burger.

The cashier put the kid’s drinks (milk bottle and juice box) inside the cups for the fountain drinks and grabbed the cups from the lip, putting her hands in them. She did give me new cups when I asked, but I was definitely grossed out.
On top of this when I took my daughter to change her diaper, I had to change her on my jacket on the floor of the bathroom because there was no changing table in either restroom.
The food was good and the staff was nice but I’m very disappointed by the events described above.

The only indoor fast-food play place in Lapeer for littles. As a mom of 2, it’s nice to be able to bring them for lunch and let them burn energy, especially during these winter months!!

Danielle (the manager) was bagging food, we were missing a whole wopper and a few other things. She was very rude to her employees. I was never given a receipt. The things that were ordered fresh were not fresh or off fryer. Ive looked through the reviews for this location and majority of bad reviews are about Danielle.

If I could give it 0 I would that’s really what this place needs! If you plan on doing a mobile order just know that it says your order will be ready in 5 to 6 minutes however its more like 25 minutes plus.Then after waiting your order will still be wrong and the food is disgusting

II purchased a children’s meal, but unfortunately, it did not come in the designated kid’s meal packaging featuring SpongeBob. Additionally, the tater tots were missing from the order. My son was disappointed.
