I went in to order today and used the kiosk to order my food placed my order and payed. Sat down inside to wait for our food. Sat here for 15 minutes waiting, stand up, no worker in sight besides the one female outside cleaning up. Ask what’s taking so long and greeted with a worker eating a cookie well they bumped our order so it wasn’t even made. Told the worker what I ordered specifically said three drinks and he hands me two cups and walks away. This place isn’t worth the time or your money.

I would give this place a zero if I could! The past three times I’ve gotten cinnamon twist. They are bad or hard as a rock. I specifically asked if they had been there sitting for hours, They even taste tested one and told me that they were fine. I get my food and they are as hard as a rock. I didn’t leave the drive-through because I wanted to check since the last 2 times I have it has been the same issue, So I honked my horn and one of your closing employees just sat there and ignored me with his headphones on until I slid open the drive-through door and then he wanted to act like he heard. Then he proceeded to tell me that he was busy closing the store even though the store didn’t close until 12 and while I’m writing this it’s 11:11 PM . Your staff needs to tighten up or get a new staff because it’s running this location into the ground ! There was also a time I came and I asked for a regular taco with meat, cheese and lettuce, just like that. Just for me to get home and there be no lettuce on it. This store use to be good about a year ago, but now I will never go to it unless I’m starving!!!! Oh and I gave the cinnamon twist back !
Edit: I just got off an 11 hr shift, I was starving but now I can’t even eat my food !

Ordered the food through Uber Eats. I shaped chicken for beef, remove the red sauce and paid for extra rice. As you can see below, the food doesn’t even cover the entire small bowl. It has red sauce on it. The rice is so hard and old your can hear drop back in the bowl when you pick some up. The beans are clumped together like paste and they must’ve put 3 shreds of lettuce on it. This was a complete rip off. I tried to eat but this food was not fresh at all! As a fast food chain, why would you even have this in the kitchen for employees to serve.

It would be nice if they would prepare the enchirito packaging properly. Ordered twice in the past 3 weeks and both time the sauce leaked out destroying the bottom of the bag. And bag was laid flat in my car.

I love Taco Bell but when I say this one is hit or miss I mean it. They never mess up your order but there is a good chance they nice lady at the window is gonna say “pull around to the front please” If you take the having to wait out of it this would be a top tier Taco Bell! I think if the manager took timely orders more seriously this place would excel! I even got a free taco coupon one time!

The Mexican Pizza was soooo good! I could’ve eaten 2 more! Not your typical pizza-Mexican Pizza shells, refried beans, tomatoes, 3 cheese blend, beef. Sorry, took picture of half-eaten pizza. When I discovered how good it was, had to share!

The food was cold., and paid 17 dollars. I went back to get it remake, and this time my cinnamon balls was Frozen. The cashier was very nice and polite. She apologized and told me she would have remake. Who ever was in back needs to be removed.

My husband went here today and everyone was standing around on their phone except for someone fixing food. The person fixing food asked the girl to help my husband. The girl is playing on her phone and asked my husband if he doesn’t mind using the kiosk and if he needs help, she will help him. My husband said I do mind and left. You aren’t working, why can’t you just take his order. We do not work for Taco Bell and shouldn’t have to use a kiosk. You have employees DOING NOTHING, but playing on their phones. DO BETTER!!
