I went to Taco Bell to get the steak dipping burritos because they were oh so good and they already took them away even though I just had them 2 days ago. They were a great item and they discontinued it. I will not be eating at Taco Bell til they bring it back.

Just got some soggy tacos instead of crunchy….. very disappointing food and low quality. Dinner ruined and still hungry. Going to get food else where and will not be coming back here again. Waste of money!

I live really close and my kids love the quesadillas I come at least once a month today I orders a large amount of food sent my son in to grab the order for the lady to say that I already picked it up she was rude and kept walking away from the conversation and wouldn’t acknowledge the issue at hand. She said call corporate then proceeded to say no when I asked for the number she said she called the GM who basically said I’m sol out of my 50 odd dollars. So I went into the store and she slide me a number and said there is nothing to be done of course that is unacceptable, I ordered through their app with my account I always use it has an order number and my account. They gave my food away and only until I got loud and rude threaten to file a police report then she allowed someone else to help and tried to paint me as the bad guy asking for respect when she dismissed me at every turn when I was respectful. The was a younger lady who figured out when and how the food was given away, I didn’t get her name thank you to her and Jonathan who took the time to make my order over and apologize for the situation, those two are the only ones who made and effort the Spanish woman I’m assuming is the manager had no identification on her shirt but she needs serious review of what she needs to do when she has a mess up in her store this isn’t what I should have had to do for someone to see their error.

Update* it looks like I didn’t take my own advice about unwrapping every single item after purchasing because I had spent close around $20 and all of the items seem to have lost weight because all the stuffing was halfway portion. You guys have the worst customer satisfaction.
UNWRAP EVERY SINGLE ITEM AFTER PURCHASE, ESPECIALLY AT DRIVE-THROUGH
Put this in caps so other customers know to check their food since some occasions you’ve given me some stuff I haven’t ordered but still charge me for it and I had to drive back. It’s just a hassle.

Placed a mobile order for pick up in drive thru and waited 25 minutes for 4 crunchwraps while others who Placed their orders after me received the food. I had to ask where my order was, then they began to make it. They apologized and i received my food but by then my lunch break was over.

The food was cold. The taco shells were stale also. There was a lot of people waiting so we didn’t even bother to talk to the staff about our issues. They might not have a lot staff working tonight.

This was the most disappointing Crunchwrap I’ve ever had. Wasn’t wrapped up correctly, fell apart, super dry. Girl at the drive thru not pleasant.
