You standard fare Panera for all the items. The crew and the chief at this location are really good, they always try to be extra cheery, nice and helpful. The gentleman who is responsible for maintenance and cleaning is a gem, a very wonderful guy he is out there working almost every single day and he does his job with so much enthusiasm and gives it a 100%, a true role mode and someone to look up to in his dedication no matter what the job is. Respect!

There was not a lot of people on this visit and found parking very fast. As for the service, it was fast as well and my cashier did take our order correctly and offered what my discount was due to my rewards. Used their wifi to do some work and was very comfortable to be there.

I usually have Mexican chowder at Panera. Today I went to this Panera 8.30 pm. I ordered Mexican chowder. It wasn’t hot only warm. Very salty and very mushy. No taste except salt. Is it because it was closing time? When I complained no body bothered. Not good service.

What can I say, it is a Panera. Once you go to one you have been to them all. BUT this one was different because of the older lady that helped me at the register. I love her! She made my day. Plus the cream of chicken was delicious! straight to my soul!

I ordered a you pick to and I want it my side instead of chips baguette or an apple I wanted It’s substituted for tomato basil bread. I also want an additional side of tomato basil bread. The lady who seem to be the manager behind the line was really rude and snapped at me when I checked my bag and noticed that this was all I had inside my bag and even before I grabbed my bag was doing nothing but talking trash on a employee she just “had” to hire and talk down on her work.
I won’t be returning… I used to manage a Panera bread before and never once have I seen someone who so badly shouldn’t be in food service.

This place is okay tasting but super rude. I asked for extra Caesar for the salad and one of the associates making the food said “Wow so many calories.” I paid to eat not to have rude comments said under someone’s breath. I’m overcoming my eating disorder and they’ve triggered it. I doubt I’ll be back.

I really enjoy coming to Panera but today’s visit with Joseph (my cashier) didn’t really make it nice. I came with my mom who doesn’t know the menu and had questions. He was rather unpleasant and rushed even though it was just us! Food was still awesome though.
