I order from this Panera every single day as it’s right outside my home and convenient to do rapid pick up orders. Even when it’s slow in the restaurant I’m constantly getting wrong orders and constantly finding sausage and bacon in my food and I’m not able to eat those things so I obviously never order them. I just rushed over there on my morning break to pick up an order of yogurt and a soufflé and they put a bacon one instead of the regular spinach one. I thought it was a piece of bacon just on the top so I picked it off but I bit into it and had a mouth full of bacon. The staff is really friendly here and I enjoy coming here but this is not cool to keep happening. I’ve found sausage in items that don’t originally come with sausage. So it’s not as simple as a mistake of missing a modification on an order. I want to keep coming here but this isn’t fair to spend money and randomly have orders ruined.

You standard fare Panera for all the items. The crew and the chief at this location are really good, they always try to be extra cheery, nice and helpful. The gentleman who is responsible for maintenance and cleaning is a gem, a very wonderful guy he is out there working almost every single day and he does his job with so much enthusiasm and gives it a 100%, a true role mode and someone to look up to in his dedication no matter what the job is. Respect!

There was not a lot of people on this visit and found parking very fast. As for the service, it was fast as well and my cashier did take our order correctly and offered what my discount was due to my rewards. Used their wifi to do some work and was very comfortable to be there.

Been coming here for a couple of years now and haven’t had a mistake or problem with them. Very friendly people and good speed on week days. A bit slow on the weekends but that’s understandable. So far I seen it well clean, no big messes or dirty tables. Recommend this place on weekdays for a family gathering.

Extremely dirty, coffee station, tables, carpet, bathrooms all dirty. Drains at the drink fountain stunk like sewage. Music was sooooo LOUD everyone had to basically almost yell to talk. They were out of Coffee at the coffee station.

Ordered the Signature Take Chicken Sandwich, delivered was the Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich. Looking at the picture it appears to be a grilled chicken breast. This thing in reality was an oversized damp chicken nugget. Pretty gross especially with the soggy deep fried pickles. Having to just look at this terrible excuse for a sandwich was more upsetting than simply not getting what I ordered.
