This was the buffet at 12:50 Thursday … And it ends at 1:30. Major disappointment really. Willing to give it another shot one day but they need to step it up big time. Additionally it felt understaffed, especially for them promoting “buffet is back” and this is what you’re presenting and at $11.99? Not a good look at all.

We dined there and, unfortunately, the management appeared unprofessional. Staff members were vaping behind the counter, and there was a man behind the counter who did not appear to be an employee. None of them had gloves on, even the ones handling the food. He was repeatedly walking in and out of the kitchen area, outside, sitting at tables, and eventually leaving the restaurant. My concern is that these situations raise serious issues regarding cleanliness, health code violations, and overall food safety.

Delicious lunch! Excellent, friendly service!! My partner and I made an unexpected decision to lunch at Pizza Hut in Middlesboro. This was my first visit to a Pizza Hut in years! In addition, this was my first ever visit to this particular Pizza Hut location. Our last minute decision to lunch here turned out to be excellent. The restaurant and dining room was immaculate. The Middlesboro location has been remodeled and sports a great design and decor. It totally looks different from the Pizza Hut’s of the past. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. My partner and I both had the lunch special; pan Pizza and salads from the salad bar. Our pizza was excellent; hot, fresh and tasty!! You simply can’t (in my opinion) beat Pizza Hut’s pan pizzas. Although there are many pizza options available , Pizza Hut really creates great pizza. The salad bar was good, quite a selection of items. The salad, dressing and toppings were fresh. However, the salad bar could have used a little attention as some items were low and completely out. With that said, we both greatly enjoyed our salads. Both of our meals averaged out to approximately $10, $22 total check. In my opinion, very good deal considering the quality and quantity of the meal. Our server was lovely; friendly, great smile, efficient and professional. The pace of our lunch was perfect. If you’re craving great pizza, excellent service and a pleasant, low-key atmosphere, I highly recommend the Pizza Hut of Middlesboro! Conveniently located on Hwy 25, the four lane highway through Middlesboro.

Terrible food(pizza was burnt, wings were dry) terrible service. Appeared to be several employees but only 2 actually working.
Salad bar looked like it was 2 weeks old
Floors were filthy(food droppings and whatever else)
Tables were dirty and had prior customers dishes on them.
First visit there in a while and most definitely the last until it does better.

Workers are rude, they do not get in a hurry for anything, the resturant itself is filthy. They were very rude to a delivery worker that came in for a doodash and they hadn’t even started the order but were just standing around talking to each other.

Ordered Big Dinner box with 3 pizzas that online should be rectangular pizza and got 3 small medium pizzas. Told me that was the size now, don’t have rectangular pizza. No offer for discount or refund….$30 dollars for 3 medium pizzas

Middlesboro Pizza Hut use to be the place to go. Unfortunately after Kathy Mitchell management and Jim Gandy ownership the store has declined. The drive thru window no one comes to window may be due to pizza grease so thick on window. They never turn on the lights at night outside it looks as if they are closed and might as well be. Also in the dining room there is no waitress/waiter staff and the lights above the tables are full of cob webs. Vacuum is typically plugged in a big trip hazard. tables full of dishes that need cleaned up. It is sad but I truly believe Pineville and Middlesboro Pizza Hut will eventually close up.

It’s petty bad when you gotta finish cooking your food when you get home because the establishment failed to cook your food. The cheese was barely melted and the bread was really undercooked. It was even busy and yall really dropped the ball on this.

We went in for dine in. We were the only 2 in the dining room. We ordered a large cheese stick and 2 salad bars. We went to the salad bar and the lettuce was very brown. It was obviously old and had been on the bar awhile. I asked the waitress if we could get some new lettuce. She went to the back to ask a manager. The manager came out and asked me what the problem was. Which is very unprofessional. I told her that the lettuce was old and we would like some new. She told me. She’s not allowed to throw away lettuce. I asked her if she would eat it. She wouldn’t answer me. I was treated very unprofessionally and rude. I’ll never go back to this Pizza Hut. It’s shame the manager lost a 30 dollar sale over a dollar in lettuce.
