Sat for 30 mins for 3 slushes and a corn dog. Guy in charged copped an attitude when I asked if I needed to still pay full price after waiting so long and closed the drive thru window on me. I waited for him to come back. He opened it and I asked for a number to call he said you can look it up and closed the window for good when I asked for his name.

Everytime ive visited i get great service. The people who work here are cool and care about doing a good job. They actually take time out of their day to talk to you like youre a person, unlike some of the other places in the area. Also my orders are always ready in 5 mins or less. IDK why theres so many bad reviews here. they must be bad customers. No Jasmine your order didnt take 40 minutes. Great job glenpool sonic!

Guy who takes the orders wouldn’t answer me or talk after I asked a question about the app. He told me it wasn’t his problem. Instead of asking me if I want to go ahead and place an order, he just ignored me and wouldn’t answer through the mic…. I come here every day…. Definitely wont be back anytime soon. I will drive 20min out of my way one way just so I don’t have to deal with that guy again….

Cold. Wait time was longer than others. Soda tasted bad. Fries were overcooked. Do yourself a favor and drive to another one. The reviews don’t lie. This Sonic is an embarrassment to the chain.

Went two days in a row, trying to give them another chance. The first day I had an order through the app and ordered a medium cranberry limeade and a small mozzarella. Waited over 15 minutes. Left to go to work. The lady next to me also left without her order because it was taking too long. Went today and ordered a small mozzarella and a large strawberry sprite. Asked numerous times for marinara. They told me it was in the bag. It was ranch in the bag. This was the sprite with strawberries they gave me. Called the store and they offered to comp it, but I just wanted my order correct.

I’m here a few times a week and its only been positive. My order’s always ready in a few minutes and the staff are very friendly with me. One kid in particular will oftentimes joke around with me in the Drive-Thru. Good people and good food!

Honestly, the amount of time that is to be waited to get things is absolutely insane. I know sonic is not a super fast place. However in the past 6 MONTHS. I have placed drink orders *once of which was 2 large waters with ice, and waited about 35 mins!* I was ACTUALLY 1 of 2 cars in the lot and watched someone go through the drive through after I got there and then they left WELL before I even left. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I have lost all trust in the Glenpool Sonic. Multiple times, it has taken an INSANE amount of time to get even the simplest of orders. Over 40 minutes just to get 3 drinks?!?! And then MANY times, the order was wrong or missing items. The service there is terrible and usually the excuse given (over & over) is that they are short handed because people keep quitting. Glenpool Sonic is terrible.

Be careful and make sure to ask for your chicken well done lol. They were mad about having to remake something and gave me a raw chicken patty. I’m 15 weeks pregnant and that’s just so scary and dangerous! Pretty traumatizing!

It’s sonic, it’s usually the same…We only got half of the order we ordered…it was door dash delivered to our hotel lobby…So we had to actually go back for the other half. I attempted to eat my burger while it was still hot…I don’t know what was going on with the meat today, it is gross…seems like it’s been steamed and on hold for a long time, has no flavor at all, other than a very strong gamey taste.
