I enjoyed my first time at this restaurant. I had the Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas; quite large and good flavor. The dipping sauce was great! I also had a side order of tortilla chips and homemade salsa—well-seasoned and not too spicy. I asked about their Limeade: made fresh every day. Good lime flavor and not too sweet. Overall, good food and excellent service. The restaurant has a casual and colorful vibe; comfortable to eat-in.
This is a new place on E. Bert Kouns, south of Shreveport. The name in Google Maps is a little confusing; I almost drove past it because I could only see the part of their building which had the words, “Primo Quesadillas.” The word “Dillas” is around the corner of the building (see photo).

The food I get from Dillas Quesadillas is always delicious. They have never messed my order. Everyone is always professional and really nice and welcoming. If you like this type of Mexican food, I definitely recommend you try it.

Worst location in the area probably, Pierremont or Airline are much nicer. Ordered with a friend and the supposed to be “double dilla” wasn’t filled at all. Mostly eating just plain tortilla. Forgot an extra sauce as well. Contacted Dillas corporate for feedback and despite saying I’ll hear a response back in 3 days, I never did. I don’t plan to go to Dillas again.

Hey Dillas Quesadillas,
I go here from time to time to get a feel on how the food is. I believe it depends on the day you go. Somedays, the quesadillas are hella greasy or somedays the quesadillas doesn’t have enough filling, etc.
I have tried all the quesadillas flavors and ended up liking the Bluebonnet most. I won’t be giving it a perfect score due the chips and different cooking styles. The chips are pretty stale when I ordered it twice.
Overall, I will likely come back because I personally enjoy the quesadillas.

It was hot and fresh, so I’ll give them that. But, spent $17 for a regular drink and a “gorilla” quesadilla which was a large tortilla with 90% cheese, 5% veggies, and maybe 5% meat. Barely anything in this thing other than cheese and flour tortilla. Disappointing.

Great experience dining in. It’s nice and quick if you’re on the go or don’t want to dine in. The sauces on the side were great but the beans were okay. The guacamole sauce offered as a side is a must because it complements the quesadillas so we’ll.
