So, I’m from Buffalo and know all to well what buffalo wings are supposed to be like. I’ve learned since being in GA to ask for them to be crispy. The video shows their version of crispy. They are dark but no crunch at all. The lady who took care of me was courteous and when i called was very apologetic so I will probably give them another chance

I love me some Johnny’s, but there is something special about this one since the ownership changed. The food is great! The vibes are awesome. And they’ve started trivia on Thursdays with a very fun announcer!! Absolutely a new favorite spot.

Came in with my family recently. The pizza was SO good. My daughter loved the little arcade area!! The dining area and bathrooms were very clean. The open kitchen also looked very clean. The staff were all very welcoming. We will be back soon!

I recently decided to try the Cascade Johnny’s Pizza location after living in the area for three years, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I opened the box, the presentation of the pizza was concerning and did not reflect a level of care or quality I would expect.
The pizza itself lacked sufficient ingredients, which significantly compromised the flavor and overall integrity of the pie. It felt sparse and underwhelming, especially considering the expectations set by the brand.
Overall, this was not a positive first impression, and regrettably, it will also be my last time supporting this restaurant, particularly this location. I hope management takes a closer look at quality control and consistency moving forward.

So glad the spot has reopened. The food is fantastic. We had pizza and wings for game night. We have ordered twice since the reopening. The inside is a little dark for my taste to eat in. Could be the colors. I’d give them a 5 if it continues to be consistent!

ZERO STARZ …. I’ve been to this Cascade location multiple times. The first visit was fine, but on my second visit the owner became upset because I asked for pizza without cheese. He whispered to staff that my order was a “problem” and refused to allow them to make it, even though I had ordered the same thing before with no issue.
Removing a topping should not be treated like an offense—especially when people have allergies or dietary needs, and this pizza is not cheap.
The owner was rude, unwelcoming, and created a tense, uncomfortable environment for both customers and staff. You could see the staff visibly uncomfortable. This location is poorly managed and I do NOT recommend it.

Ordered a catering from these guys today and when I walked in to see the whole squad like an assembly line working to get things going was absolutely amazing! The team work, communication, attention to detail, but hold up still talking care of the other customers walking in seamlessly! Great job cascade JJ!!!!

Horrible. The server was great but overall other staff was not on task. Laughing, giggling,loud and not having a care in the world. We got there at 118p.m. didn’t get acknowledged until 131p.m. and order was taken at 142p.m. Food finally came at 224p.m. and then the food was burnt and nasty. Cook got mad because we requested a manager and didn’t want to remake the food. Over disgusted and still very hungry. I always loved Johnny’s but also always goes to Virginia Highland Cobb County location. I only chose this because it’s right by my house but never will I chose this location again. Need to upgrade within restaurant and trained staffed.

I ordered slices from here and I am disappointed by the quality. They just take premade cheese pizza and throw toppings on it and it doesn’t even seem like it was heated up. Last time i ordered from here it was much better but I don’t know what changed. Manager refunded so it’s alright but I wouldn’t go back. I’ve included photos from last time, which was good, and this time, which wasn’t. Their made to order pies are probably better.
