Our founder Rusty Fenton’s dream was to bring the authentic taco stand experience to local communities and to become the neighborhood taco stand. The dream became reality when the first Rusty Taco opened in a converted gas station on Greenville Avenue in Dallas, TX in 2010. But Rusty Taco is more than just a place for street tacos. Rusty also believed in serving the community and creating a place where people from all walks of life can come together and feel welcome. We are passionate about what we do and keep our menu fresh and simple. Deliciously uncomplicated tacos crafted by hand with recipes created by our founder, who famously said: “Tacos are the Most Important Meal of the Day®”!

Really nice chill vibes. Had a meeting here and time just passed so quickly. I loved the corn fritters and their chorizo crunch roll was more than delectable

I got the new Berea tacos, the meat was very tasty. But something that they fry their food in has an odd flavor to it that I can’t pinpoint. It might be something they use on everything because it was also in the corn chips and salsa. These were just okay. The wife got traditional tacos with ground beef. She said hers taste pretty good.

Chips were fresh, crisp and light. Salsa was fresh and delicious. Steak fajita tacos were terrific. Seasoning was awesome, flour tortillas were great, and veggies were perfect. This was an excellent meal. We will be coming back. Everyone should support this business, so it stays around for a long time. Oh, I almost forgot; I’m not really a raspberry fan, BUT that raspberry margarita was fantastic.

Terrible customer service. The birria tacos I received with consume had a cinnamon flavor in the consume and the brisket. Worst birria I’ve had. The Mango margarita on the menu show tajin but when we asked for tajin they had no clue what it was. This was way overpriced for what we received. We thought it would be good because the one in Midland Texas was very good. We were very disappointed it wasn’t like the one in Midland Texas.

We have been visiting here regularly since it opened.
The food is good and friendly service. I recommend trying the monthly specials, black bean taco, chips and queso, and any of the chicken tacos. Good for catering options, too.

The staff is very nice, sweet and pleasant. My order was correct and a young lady who was so amazing checked my order to make sure everything was correct. The young lady who too my order was very kind and efficient. The food is fresh and delicious. I will definitely be back! Keep up the good work!!!!!

25.75 for 3 Birria tacos rice, beans and a soda. Definitely the most bland birria tacos that I have ever had. I probably should have researched it before I went in. The dining room was clean but that’s about the only good thing that I can say.

Had a great lunch today! First time here, food was excellent! The absolute best tortilla chips I’ve ever had. Very thin and crunchy. Queso was pretty good. Tropical shrimp taco was great! Pork was good. Steak fajitas taco I enjoyed as well. I got a bowl of black beans and they were pretty good too. We found a new stop when we’re up this way.
