Brought the Monster in, they do not sell monsters obviously lol! But this was THE BEST Taco Bell meal I have ever ordered and I’m not exaggerating here. The ladies in the kitchen at this location KNOW STANDARDS! They were very respectful and got my meal out in a timely manner. Everything in my bowl was fresh and flavorful. Those nacho fries LET ME TELL YOU WHAT!!! They had a TON of seasoning and the cup of cheese was actually filled to the rim as it should be!!! I can’t tell you how many times at other locations they will give you one drop of cheese for the nacho fries… BUT NOT THIS LOCATION! I WILL BE RETURNING VERY SOON!!!!

I door dash and this particular Taco Bell is really off the mark most of the time. Between misplacing orders, forgetting sides or generally being disorganized. The trash cans were overflowing, the drink station was sticky with spilt soda and the bathrooms could’ve definitely been touched up

Be sure to check your order before you leave! Especially while in the drive thru! My family and I had a decent sized order but as soon as the drive thru attendant handed us the bag, we knew it was NOT all there. After checking the order, we found that almost half of what we ordered wasn’t in there. (So glad we checked, cause we live about 15 minutes outside of Greenfield, and would had been much more upset if we would have had to drive all the way back up there.) When I went inside to retrieve the rest of our order, the employee was very kind and apologized. Unfortunately, I had to wait for about 20 minutes in the lobby to get the rest of my order. So needless to say by the time I got the rest of the order, the first part was ice cold by the time we were able to eat, and our kids were in tears over their missing dinner. Do better taco bell! Although the employees were kind, when you spend about $50 on fast food, you want it ALL HOT and AT THE SAME TIME! This interaction ruined our dinner and our evening.

I ordered last night online went to pick it up wait over 10 minutes in line got my food and went home the food was cold and the mini taco salad was messed up it had no tomatoes or sour cream that I paid extra for so I made a complaint on there website and got a call back from Jen today saying they would remake my meal I just got home from getting the remake and the taco salad is still missing the spur cream so I called Jen she called me a lier saying she put the spur cream on there her self but she would remake it I said I would have to come back another time (the 3rd in 2 days) and ended up hanging up i will be going tot he other one in greenfield from now on
