I would like to say that this is a good Dunkin location, but they are constantly out of items like muffins and “donuts”. I’m not really sure how a donut shop runs out off donuts every other day but this one does. Today they had no coffee. Management here needs to learn to keep their store stocked

We went through the drive thru midday. The order was taken quickly, paid for with no problem. The problem was the donuts, both of which we at least a day old – STALE. I ordered a jelly filled and only 1/2 was filled with jelly. My husband ordered a Boston cream and it had little to no “cream”, but lots of stale dough. Needless to say we will never go back to this Dunkin Donuts again. There are to many other choices with fresh delicious donuts close by – Donut Palace, Richy Kreme.

Ordered off the app for inside pick up. Standing in the store 15 m later to pick up – the order has not been started. Waited for 25 m from order time while watching 5 cars go thru the drive thru getting their food. Several other app orders picked up at the counter in front of me. My 1 drink is finally ready but not the 2 sandwiches. I asked again about my order. She asks the back for my food and gets a “working on it” reply. I watched the girl that was preparing them make the sandwiches incorrectly and was corrected by her team mate. 30 min to get an order completed. Orders should be completed per the time orders are placed, not at the convenience of the workers. If their hands moved as fast as their mouths telling stories about the night before maybe service would be faster!

Stop at this DD all the time before work and the girls at the drive thru are the best. Very nice girls and they keep the line moving. The coffee is always top notch. It’s hard to beat DD regular coffee. The only complaint I have is its impossible to get a fresh donut at DD. Not just this location but all locations. I believe donuts are shipped in by truck and the journey takes a toll on them. We got donut holes for my daughter and they tasted like they were fried in very old grease and stale as hell. Every donut you get is like that. I like this location and the staff is great but I’m just gonna stick to coffee.

The new six dollar meal is back and man…Is it worth it. The breakfast biscuit on a croissant with cheese, egg and their delicious crunchy, sweet Maple bacon was fabulous. The iced coffee was delicious. The tater tots were just OK, but man that sandwich was delicious. Hope they keep that six dollar special…special.

Donuts are always stale and old, and the put so much cream cheese on your bagel you could spackle your walls with it. No wonder it’s $4 for one. How about letting the customer put their own cream cheese on

I go here all the time, the short red headed man, curly hair im pretty sure. ALWAYS MAKES MY DRINKS WRONG. I order an iced cappucino with all my normal things in it. HE BLENDED IT. This is atleast the 6th time he’s made my drink completely wrong.
