I ordered up one of my favorites I get often in a lot of places.
Classic Caesar salad. It was quite impressive for the first 2/3rds of the salad and then the rest had far too much dressing. The last of the salad was soaked, saturated, and yucky. I’ll order again but next time will ask for the dressing on the side as the dressing was quite good….just too much.

Meh, at best. The server was pleasant and attentive. OK atmosphere – smells a little like cleaning solution, though. I had a “fluffy” omelette ($16) which is made with only cheese and comes with potatoes and toast. All other omelette ingredients are at an additional mystery charge — the server had to go find out what the charge was ($2 for veggies, $4 for meats). My then $24 omelette was overcooked and the not-even-Thomas’-good English muffin may not have been toasted — pure white cut side wouldn’t melt butter. The potatoes were fine. I also ordered a Harvest Risotto ($20) to go; pic attached — haven’t tried it yet, but it sure ain’t much for the price. Won’t go back.

The staff was very accommodating to our wheelchair needs and the servers were nice and thorough. They have several gluten-free options including dessert from the front counter.

Brunch for 6 – ages 8-87 – was excellent. All plates clear. Service from entrance (“we are going to take good care of you”) to exit (“no rush. Would you like more coffee?”) after paying was warm and attentive.
Only complaint: confusion on bill- menu clearly states a 3.9% addition for credit card (no complaint here). However, the bill assumed credit card with tip charged (table of 6) on credit card assumption. We paid cash and had to figure out actual bill. Very confusing.

To start bottom line is the hostess should not ever be in the restaurant business she is up tight, unfriendly, and super rude. She was by far the absolute worst part of our visit. We arrived at an empty restaurant and we asked if we could sit outside. My husband is in a wheelchair and the hostess made a huge deal because in a completely empty restaurant we asked to sit outside in stead of the inside tables that were pushed together for us. This should have been no big deal. The hostess also refused to talk to my husband and only to my mother in law.
The server was great she was super friendly and kind to our son. We went there for his birthday brunch. They clearly hate children and the hostess was rude and unfriendly to him. I had to leave our table because apparently playing with toys is just awful in a pretty much empty restaurant. We came back in when our food arrived and my son decided he wanted to sit by his parents so I moved a chair from and EMPTY table. The hostess flipped out and made a huge deal over a moved chair (there were at least 10 chairs blocking all accessibility to the bathroom) no chair shortage in sight.
After I was checking out the pastry case to see if there were any gf items to take home my kid being a kid crawled across the empty bar stools and she flipped out and got angry that he was near the bar. She yelled at me in front of customers. The bar was empty and he didn’t order a drink…
If you want a rude hostesses, okay food, and a place is terrible to kids and families go here.

Our first visit. Dinner a little after 5pm on a Saturday. The place is small so reservations are encouraged. We had a short wait while they bussed a table for us. The food was stellar and everything was delicious. Bruschetta was perfect. I had the special maple glazed salmon with risotto & vegetables. The others in my group had pasta Alfredo, and primavera. Mac & cheese for the 3-year-old. The waitress was pleasant but seemed to still be coming up to speed (initially no appetizer plates, slow with water refills, etc), but nothing some more experience won’t likely help improve.

Overall an excellent experience and we definitely will be back.

The staff was extremely pleasant to talk to! The host has a table for four ready in two minutes when we told them how many were coming. The waitress was especially kind. She took our jackets, answered questions, and made sure to know about any allergies. The food was DELICIOUS. I had the breakfast flight and it was perfect. Can’t wait to go again!!!

We surprised Jules with a party of 17 and without a reservation. We were all visiting from out of town (Florida, Mississippi, and Tennessee). My aunt, who grew up in Westford, passed away last November and we were all up here to bring her home. Our experience at Jules was beyond fantastic! They accommodated our very large party in less than 30 minutes. The food was delicious! I highly recommend Jules, I just wished I lived closer so I could come again. If I visit Vermont again I will definitely come back.

We went with someone that has been several times before. Very busy place, but I guess that’s typical for this place for brunch. They have a fairly wide variety of breakfast/brunch item on the menu as well as some unusual ones (fried parsnip chips?). The food was excellent. The table service was as quick and as efficient as it could be in spite of how busy they were. Definitely worth returning to…

The broad scope of gluten free options make this a very special experience. The garlic bread was kind of disappointing— wet and floppy on tiny triangles of uncooked gf white bread. HOWEVER, the waitress could tell I wasn’t jazzed about it and she took it away and comped it. They also give complimentary treats to diners with no gf offering. Overall a good experience though, nice pasta (I had the florentine) and good crème Brûlée! They were also very professional about my having a service dog. My only complaint is just how disappointing the gf bread was. We also went for breakfast a couple days later and I was less impressed with that. The eggs were unseasoned but the fruit was fresh!
