Beautiful brand new Chick-fil-A right at the corner of I-75 & Hwy 92. Great service & atmosphere! Of course, the food was made fast & tastes amazing.

I bought food on my way to a picnic, but there was no fork or straw included. I bought a salad. The location on Highway 41 usually gives two salad dressings, but this one only gave one. I’ll probably just go there next time.

Call me an addict, but I knew this was going to be a Chick-fil-A the moment I saw the brick and sconces going up during construction. I just stopped in for my first breakfast here and even got some homework done while I was at it. The staff was incredibly friendly, checking in multiple times to make sure every customer was well taken care of. Orders are always accurate, the place is spotless, and the vibe is super welcoming. I already love this new location… and honestly, I’ll probably be here so often they’ll know my name and my order by heart

I stopped by the newly opened Chick-fil-A in Acworth (at 1130 Highway 92) this afternoon, excited to check out the grand opening. Unfortunately, the visit was frustrating from start to finish.
First, they do not accept cash at all. Multiple employees repeatedly told me, “We don’t take cash,” with no alternative explanation or apology. In 2026, going completely cashless feels outdated and inconvenient—especially for a brand-new location where people might not expect it or have only cash on hand.
Then came the wait: 25 minutes for a simple 8-piece nugget order. The kitchen had what looked like 30 employees bustling around, yet there were hardly any customers in line placing orders at the time. It was baffling how understaffed or disorganized the service felt despite the crowd of workers. Food should have come out much faster.
Overall, the hype around the new spot didn’t match the reality today. Hopefully, they iron out these kinks soon, because Chick-fil-A usually sets a higher standard. I’ll think twice before returning.

We’ve been here a few times already since they opened, hoping that it would get better with each visit as they become more efficient after opening. Unfortunately, it has gotten worse with each visit.
1st time visiting was a long wait, and we tried to understand because they were busy and just opening. 2nd time, another long wait because they ran out of food items. Needless to say, we got home and didn’t have the Mac & cheese, and neither of the club sandwiches had bacon on them. 3rd time was this morning… we waited 35 minutes after ordering to receive food. Several people were waiting a while too, but people who ordered way after us got their food before us. No one offered an apology or explanation. We had to go ask about our food and an employee said “I’m not sure, I don’t want to give you a time and it not be right.” How do you not know? But people who ordered after us get their food before us or at the same time? The play area was convenient while we waited with our 4 year old – but it was an icebox in there. Had to of been below 60 degrees in that room. I expect these issues at Popeyes. Chick-fil-a should be better. There is no organization. Perhaps, they should not have opened if they weren’t ready to fully function. Also – the location is quite small for a busy area and right off the interstate.

Tried this location out for this first time last minute and loved it!!! Amy took my order and was the sweetest thing, my food was piping hot and delicious, everything was great! Big shoutout to these workers for working in this cold weather and dealing with the craziness of being in a new location. Please please please pay them a more livable wage

If you want breakfast from this location, make sure that you show up an hour early. I went through the drive through at 10am on a Saturday morning, but the line moved so slowly, by the time I got to the speaker they had stopped serving breakfast. I then had to wait through the drive through for another 20 minutes before I could even leave. I wasted close to an hour of my time here and left with no food. The only pleasure I experienced from this Chick-Fil-A was when I was able to finally leave.

4 visits since they have opened. 3 Mobile thru, 1 carry out. All orders very similar. Mobile Thru is a joke! It takes 15-30 minutes for me to get my order without any communication on why there is such a wait. 1 order was carry out and it was ready in less than 10 minutes… We typically do have a larger order, but why is carry out faster than Mobile thru and why arent the managers coming out to explain the extended wait time rather than sending out the younger employees to ask us to park?
At this point it would be faster and make more sense for me to drive the further distance to Townelake.
*Edit to add* 4th visit had 2 mac n cheese in the order, no forks. How does 1 eat that without a utensil?

2nd time in 2 weeks with issues. I know this place is new, but what in the world.
2 weeks ago a tea was jacked up with lemonade!
Today I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo. The only thing on the sandwich that was even warm was the spicy chicken. The fries were even cold!
Tried calling several times and NO answer.

Unfortunately, it seems this location wasn’t completely ready to open. I was also amongst a morning crowd that waited in long lines and ended up missing breakfast. The second time I visited this location, I was brought my food when there were 4 vehicles ahead of me. By the time I got back to my family, the fries were cold but even worse, all 4 of the medium fries were half full. Chick-fil-A has been stingy with fries recently in general but this was a lower amount than usual. One box had 4 large fries and 3 scraps. We had also ordered strips and I was told this location was out for the day. Additionally, all of the sauces were missing.
