I went to Taco Bell today and placed a mobile order. If you don’t place one you’ll likely be waiting forever. My boyfriend got a Large Baja Blast and we also got two of the Luxe discovery boxes (tacos in both, chalupas in both, and grilled cheese burritos in both) and of course we both had to get a thing of nacho fries as well. When we got to the window they handed us two medium drinks which my boyfriend paid extra for a large. This was fine we did not care that much. Anyway- we drove home not checking the food which we should have because they usually mess up at this location. We take accountability for this, but we were in a bit of a rush to get back. When we got home my boyfriend’s chalupa was missing, and both of the burritos had no sour cream which we only ordered one without. Are they out of sour cream too?? Also chalupas are NOT cheap so we are very upset about this experience, especially with how pricey Taco Bell has become.

The time before there was an off taste to the food I ordered. I had forgotten that till I got food there again. It had an even worse off taste, and I was hungry and had to go to work, so I ate it all. My stomach was upset all the rest of the day, and yes, guessed it, later on, the TROTS! I feel okay, except for the TROTS! I love Taco Bell, but not there anymore in Boonville MO.

Best to be avoided. The orders have felt so bad it feels like the staff is spiteful. We’ve tried many times over the year and it just never gets better. Consistently missing portions of orders, food often haphazardly prepared and bagged, quality is all over the place.

Drove 30 minutes to get here to get food for my family that’s not feeling well. Get home and all my wife’s food is missing from the bag! As well as the special sauce that came with my dippers. We called to get a refund. They said they won’t refund over the phone. That I need to drive another hour to get there and back. And they will remake the food they didn’t put in the bag or I can drive back and get a refund. So I need to drive a hour to get like $8 back? Plus the manager couldn’t care less. Like this is your mistake. Would give 0 stars if I could. Will be avoiding this location in the future.

Was traveling and stopped here, people yelling through the drive through speaker and got my order completely wrong. Ordered a black grilled cheese burrito and just got a soggy half pur together tortilla filled with black beans and nothing else. When I tried to call just kept getting a busy signal. Used to love this store but they have gone to the darkside where you have to do EVERYTHING yourself. Kinda funny how they won’t take your order but they sure can take your payment if it’s cash. They can take your order in drive thru but you inside customers don’t matter. The food has gone two separate ways. The quality of their products have gone downhill while the prices go thru the roof, makes great sense to me. If you’re gonna charge me this much I want a complete Taco not an order of nachos in a taco wrapper.

Steer clear of taco bell in Boonville today. By far the most despicable experience I have had there since the place opened.
Cheese roll ups with more chicken than cheese. Newsflash taco bell cheese rollups are cheese only.
Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes with more sour cream than Potatoes and cheese combined not to mention sour cream all over the outside of the container.
Sour cream all inside of the bag. Cantina taco with minimal shreds of filling and was broken and open in the bag.
I literally seen the bag get tossed on the counter when it was ready.
I heard the guy upfront explain to a lady that supreme means lettuce, cheese, and mayo. Mayo?
Doesn’t lettuce and cheese come on regular tacos?
It was to go order and I didn’t see the mess until I got to my destination. When I called the manager didn’t want to talk to me and whoever answered told me to call corporate then.
Then manager Ryan called me back offered for me to bring it back in and they would remake it. I explained that I was already gone from Boonville. I tried to express my dissatisfaction and he hung up on me.
Upon calling back he was rude, kept cutting me off, wouldn’t hear a thing I had to say and again hung up on me.
Definitely no customer service skills and should not be in that position.

I order at least once a week from this location from my place of work as there is nowhere to eat around us during an overnight shift. Every single time we are here there is something missing from a single food item to a drink, but tonight there were three items missing. There was only one car in the lot when our employee was there to collect our food but when we called we were told they were super busy on nights, it is a 15 minute drive from our work to this location and we take our lunch to send someone out there so getting the food is important for everyone on shift. Given that it seems to just be getting worse we will be taking our business elsewhere before we waste more money on food we will never get.

Ordered the quesadilla and crunch wrap, and this is what we got. We were on the road so called, and it rang until we eventually got a busy signal. The crunch wrap wasn’t grilled and simply had a soft taco shell thrown on top; allowing topping to fall out.

They have chili cheese burritos, my fave!! You do have to order at the kiosk? At least that’s what the sign at the register says (I didn’t try to order verbally). But it tastes good!
