I’ve visited two Perkins , and this is the second one. The food is quite good, with well-seasoned dishes and a decent price. The atmosphere is similar to the first place I visited, but it’s missing a bit in that area. The service was okay, but I wouldn’t say it was great. The only thing that really bothered me was when I ordered an extra side of broccoli, and they only gave me three pieces. It was a bit disappointing, but overall, the food was excellent. I also made two other orders for family members, and they seemed to really like it! I even snapped a picture of one of their plates.

We came in at 8:30 we didn’t realize they they closed at 9:00. In 30 minutes we got waited on, got our food and ate and it was the best 30 minutes ever. Haha! The waitress was nice wasn’t to pushy like some can be and the food not only looked good but tasted really good. I assumed coming in at 8:30 my food would have been thrown on the plate the waitress exhausted tired cocky ready to just throw us out but it was nothing like that . So thanks for making our late night dinner very pleasurable!

Typically have good luck here. Some days have been a 4 start, but most should get 5 stars. Perhaps a 4.5 if it were available. Staff is friendly, food is of good quality, and generally comes out pretty quick. Sometimes you have to wait a bit longer than you’d think it would take, but not always. Also, I have never had anything here other than breakfast. We’ve been here many many times, but it’s always a spot we hit in the AM when arriving to town for the weekend on the lake. For lunch and supper, we always find other places, and honestly, it’s preferred that way. I wouldn’t take a National place like Perkins over some of the unique places to the area that do a good job. So, I cannot attest to their lunch or supper at this location, so this review is specifically about breakfast and breakfast time slots as well. Be that as it is, it may be well worth a try for lunch or supper for you. I’d personally just rather try other places is all.

Bought $80 worth of food, 90% was crap. The only things I got that were half decent was the fries and the steak. My daughter got a cheeseburger and the bun was hard as a rock, the pancakes were slightly burnt, you couldn’t even cut them with the fork or knife they provided. You had to use your hands to pull it apart. The macaroni and cheese was so dry, just nasty. The cookies for the 2 kids meals were not fully done. The grapes for the fruit bowl were mush. I have had great experiences in the past from this resturant but this one was awful. I honestly wasted $80. This should be a crime.

I have had bad experiences with Perkins but the one in Milford Iowa is the best one I’ve ever been to. The waitress is the best. We’ve been there 2 x in a span on 2 months and she was our waitress each time. Rae B the ticket says. Perkins better hang on to her!

It was so bad, it was comical. Waitress had to be drunk or high. No way a sober person could be that bad. Got some orders wrong, didnt enter one order, and dropped silverware and food on me. It was also bring your kids to work day apparently as her kid was just camped out in a booth. It was pathetic to an impressive extent. Great job!

Went here around 3:30pm on Sunday. We did have a large party of 11 people, but our waitress did not have any other tables as it was not busy at all. She ended up forgetting a couple of our orders and then kept having to ask what they had. My husband ordered an everything omelette but was never asked what he wanted with it. He ordered first but did not get his till the rest of us were pretty much done. His omelette ended up only having mushrooms and cheese and it should have had sausage ham mushrooms tomatoes onions and green peppers. He also did not get his hashbrowns or toast that should have came with it! And someone else at our table had a hair under their sandwich on their plate. Will not be returning to this location!

This Perkins was fairly good with traditional comfort food offerings. The staff was really good and paid extra special attention to their customers. The pies are pretty good but I felt the commercial crusts used were more crumbly and drier than a good home made crust.

First time coming in, and hopefully not the last. The food overall was delightful, delicious, just perfect. The service is quick and accurate, and made sure to ask the right questions, the atmosphere and environment is very calm and comfy, don’t feel any rush at all. Excellent job!!!!

server was told that the order could not have breading on the food, and the food came out breaded. took 40 minutes to get food I could eat from the 1st initial order. server never came to the table to see how we were doing. it took us going to the counter to get the rest of our food we ordered. POOR SERVICE. food was sub-par. we are from outta state, and very disappointed!
