Been to D&B plenty of times. No complaints ever. We did the eat & play option which is new for us. I felt it was a great deal & they did not disappoint on the food options we chose for the $19.99 per person. Chicken Caesar was spot on. Nicely breaded chicken. Just enough dressing. Fries were well seasoned. Burgers were huge & tasty. The games they have added since my last visit were awesome.

Attended the Ohio Wheelman Series Banquet in their rented hall. Food was good, hot and ready! Staff was friendly and professional.
The venue was large and clean with good entry points and seating area. This is a yearly tradition to attend this event held here and it’s good each year. A great place to hold your event.

Foods good and the games are fun. Take your family out for an evening and dont forget your wallet cuz it’s a little pricey. The staff are on point, had a guy greeting us at the door and the waitress was around every 5 mins. They have a variety of games for all ages and everyone can join in on the fun. Alot of parking, Ican see it filling up for a game or a good fight. Huge screens with multiple options. Im sure the bar is stocked with whatever you want!

From start to finish this was an absolutely horrible experience. We made a reservation for 530 online, even called at 3 to make double check and were told there were no issues. We walked in and there was no host and just a sign that said dining room is closed. We found someone behind the bar, he said he’s get a manager to ask about a table for us and then took our drink order. We waited 25 minutes, he never came back. We then saw a hostess come over and we followed her to a table in the game room. We asked if we could get the drink tab transferred since we never saw the guy or the drinks from earlier. A manager came and apologized and gave us to the bartender to wait on. At this point, we thought all would get better, but unfortunately that was farthest from the truth. The server and bartender started arguing over who got to wait on us. Our drinks took another 15 minutes. I ordered a couple appetizers since everyone was hungry and she didn’t come back for another 25 minutes. I had to grab someone else to find her to take our order. She seemed overwhelmed and kept scratching her head and playing with her hair at the table which is pretty gross. Our food came out in waves and we were told that they were out of ribs so 2 people needed to reorder. The steak came and they were out of fried onions, we then ordered some carmelized onions and mushrooms that never came out, even after being told they were on the grill 3 times. Another meal came with no mashed potatoes and a drink with no fruit bc they were also then out of strawberries. Our drinks were wrong twice and then we asked to see a manager again. He did comp all of our tab and we appreciate it but all we wanted was to have a good experience for our sons birthday. It was the worst I’ve ever had at any restaurant. As a bonus, the server also offered us candy she was eating out of her bare hand. Nice thought I guess lol but also not sanitary at all. Overall, we are so disappointed and not likely to return at all.

A fun place to get dinner and play arcade games. They have a small shop where you can turn in your tickets for prizes. Cost of games are all different, so pay attention. This place is fun, but can be expensive. We ordered nachos, they were very good. The bartender was very attentive and helpful.

went out on a date night here had a great time ! big shout out to Kurt ! my game malfunction and kurt came before i could blink to help and make sure my game tickets were all good. Antwan in the prize shop was helpful because i rlly didn’t know how points worked but he explain how it worked and gave me few pointers to earn tickets! On January 3, 2026, a group of seven of us visited Dave & Buster’s. We chose to eat first and then purchase game cards to play. While the food itself was excellent, the service was extremely disappointing and completely overshadowed the experience.
Despite being seated as a party of seven, we were only given three menus. After waiting quite some time with no contact from a server, I went to ask for additional menus. I was told someone would bring them to our table, but after another seven minutes, no menus ever arrived. Eventually, our waitress showed up—still without menus. Because not everyone had been able to see the menu, she left again and didn’t return for another nine minutes.
Once the food arrived, we enjoyed our meals and then went off to play games. The waitress later tracked us down to close out our tab, which we did. We tipped based on the food bill and the level of service received, not on the cost of the game cards.
Shortly after, she returned and rudely told us we needed to move our coats from the table before her manager came and “threw them out himself.” As if that wasn’t enough, she then added, “Oh, and by the way, thanks for my little tip,” and walked away.
I have never been insulted over a tip in my life. We consistently tip 20% or more when service is appropriate. Tips are earned through professionalism and attentiveness. Flores, if you feel the need to question a tip in the future, please take a moment to question the level of service provided first.

Arrived at 6:10 with a party of 4 adults and a child. Seated immediately. Waitress took out beverage order and informed us of unavailable items. Four drinks ordered plus waters. Three drinks showed up in 20 minutes, we were told waitress will bring waters. Missing drinks. Over 1 hour waiting to order and I finally caught our waitress attention. No apology. Another group came in after us, ordered, ate and left. Appetizer arrived with a minimum of chips and a tub of guacamole. Asked for more chips. Guessing we won’t see them. The worst service ever in my 68 years. Food service manager should be fired. 75 minutes still waiting for food.
After finally speaking with the manager he graciously picked up our entire bill, except for alcohol. Seated for 1hr 45 min and still waiting for our order. Waitress had 1 week training.
Well it is now over 2hrs and 10 minutes since we were seated and still 3 of us have not been served. It has been 30 minutes since speaking with the manager who assured us our meals are on their way. My wife received half her order, granddaughter received her pizza. The rest of us NOTHING. At least 7 parties have been seated, ordered, ate, paid and left . I will be posting on FB, and will be contacting the Corporate Office.

Fantastic time tonight. The Date Night deal was a great value. Wide choice of food, entertainment and fun. Food was well seasoned and done well considering how packed it was. Staff however are the real MVPS! They handled entitled idiots with more grace then they deserved. Had a great time and will be back!
