This place is extremely busy, but they keep everything moving as efficiently as possible. The prices are a little bit on the high side for me. All I got was a plain bagel, toasted with cream cheese, and a large black coffee, a plain croissant with bacon, egg and cheese which was 20 bucks. The bagel was pretty good. The croissant, bacon, egg and cheese was OK. Overall if I had to make one critique, it would be that the staff had a little bit of an attitude, not warm, especially at 11 AM in the morning the big rush was gone but that’s just me

Great bagel place, classic bagels with generous portions. Only downside is always busy. But the staff hustles to get everyone served asap.

These bagels are incredibly small. I paid about 15$ for a large iced coffee and a SEC. The protien could barely stay together after one or two bites. Really disappointing experience

If you are a small human maybe a leprechaun or some type of elf and you enjoy itty bitty bagels for the price of a normal sized one, then this is definitely the place for you. Bagels here used to be THICC, now they are palm-sized at best; pathetic little things. Whoever had the brilliant idea to try and downsize on dough to save $$ needs to be replaced ASAP. Everything bagel, aside from miniature size, was hard and over-salted. The bagel department here just doesn’t hold up against the competition anymore, which is like 20 other bagel spots in a 2 mile radius.
With that being said, chick salad melt and TEC SPK were both decent. I’m sure some of the other deli orders aren’t bad either. 2.5 star experience but rounding down to a 2 because this spot has BAGELS in its name and is seriously lacking in that department.

I normally don’t do this but I had to comment I got a tuna fish with cheese on an onion bagel. Not only was this the tiniest bagel I’ve ever eaten but the cost just to add cheese was ridiculous. The pieces are extremely high and the lady who helped me was extremely rude. Not a good experience at all.

Bagels are generally very tasty, but often limited choices even early in the AM. They have a nice variety of salads and cream cheese flavors . Seating is limited and basically a high traffic area making it difficult to eat on site.

I’ve had my share of bagel stores and like the reviewer below stated, they are expensive. For the price you pay, one would expect top notch bagels regardless of what kind you order. Ordered a raisin bagel with cream cheese. Well, I think I need a new pair of teeth. Really? And where’s the cream cheese? See picture for yourself.

I came in for an egg and cheese sandwich but I will be back to try their bagels.
The line was long but moved pretty quick. They have efficient service.
They have a large variety of bagels, cream cheeses, sandwiches, deli salads, and wraps.
I got a 3 egg and cheese on a roll and the roll was SO soft! The price was really affordable as I usually pay anywhere from $9-11 for a three egg breakfast sandwich at other bagel shops. It was only $7 and some change here.
They also have homemade black and white cookies and donuts. The black and white cookie looked so good I had to try one. It was literally the best black and white cookie I’ve ever had.
I can’t wait to come back and try their bagels.

This place is survived by its bagels… It’s really upsetting when the cashiers are scrambling around taking orders and charging customers at the same time. Whoever was the genius behind this is an idiot. You should put 2-3 workers taking orders and 2-3 workers finalizing and charging customers so that there isn’t confusion or an overcrowd…. The nature of my frustration started when I asked the young lady at the register if you do platters, she asked her supervisor I assume and said yes. I ordered 3 scrambled eggs with diced tomatoes and onions and 1 wheat toast…. I get this(see picture). I then question it and the response I get was hilarious, “we don’t do that”. Where’s my toast? SMH.
It was simple, don’t say “yes” that you can offer platter breakfast and give someone this.
The coffee was good. 2 stars.
