This place is amazing and you get what you pay for! The quality of food here is way above “fast food” quality and thus you should expect to pay more for it and also it will take a little longer to get your freshly made order. This place just opened a up less than a week ago and the two previous poor reviews are likely due to the new crew being overwhelmed with orders throughout the day hence they had to close early as they didn’t have enough food to fulfill orders before closing time. Can mistakes be made? Of course, especially since they just opened. Please be patient with them especially if there is a line before you order and double check your order for accuracy before you head home. My parties order was perfect and we were all very satisfied. The portion of carne asada fries was more than fair for the price and tasted delicious. My tacos were fresh and the hand made tortillas were excellent. My friends surf and turf burrito was very large and he said it was delicious. We are customer’s for life and will frequent Pablitos often. If you don’t have patience please wait a few weeks until the figure out all the kinks and get things smoothed out once the opening crowds die down.

I went to try the Lomo Saltado but I did not see Inca Kola, the drink that goes with that meal so I went ahead and tried Fish Taco and Shrimp Taco and they were good, really good, as I was eating my tacos I noticed the Inca Kola in a little refrigerator next to the door so now that I know they have the drink then I will go again to try Lomo Saltado. Wait, so they gave me ají (green peruvian pepper sauce) and that was the touch that those tacos needed to make them great and it sure did.
Over all, it was good for me and I’ll continue visiting often now that they are between my home and my job.
You may want to add papa a la huancaína to the menu as an entrance and maybe un cevichito too. Good job.

Had the opportunity to try out this new spot in Corona, CA, and it was tough deciding what to order—everything looked incredibly good. In the end, I went with the Lomo, and I’ve got to say, it did not disappoint. Highly recommend this place. It’s officially on my short list of must-visit spots when in California.

Your probably saying all I do is submit 5 star reviews. You would be correct, I will only take time out of my day to recognize good excellent service. Pablitos accommodated to my off menu order perfectly !
My burrito was so good I didn’t even have time to take a picture I ate it so fast.
Very delicious and very fair priced.
The guy that took my order was extremly helpful and did not hesitate one bit to ensure I was happy with my order.

So excited about this place opening up. Had the carne asada and Al pastor tacos. Both were good with great portions but the favorite meal was the Pollo Saltado. So so good. The flavors were perfect along with the Peruvian green sauce, it was delish! It’s a little pricey but totally worth the cost. Can’t wait to go back.

This shop is so good I go there every week! Some of the best tacos and burritos anywhere! The tortilla is hand pressed and just the right moisture & aroma to enhance the chicken in the burritos. Add some of that green sauce and it’s spicy heaven. The beans are mildly sweet and tastes lard-free. The rice is moist and not oily. It’s healthy-ish and tastes phenomenal.

So , I wanted to try this place a few times before leaving a review to make sure it was a good review for ppl.
First, let me start out by saying every time I have been in the staff have always been very helpful and friendly. I always get the carne asada fries(nacho cheese on the side) and like to add something else to try out and the staff have helped a lot with great recommendations.
The food has been pretty good. I havent gotten anything I have not liked! I will say the lack of a star is only because the consistency of the meat and how items are made is not the same. Sometimes it can be ALOT of sauce on it and soggy, other times not so much. I work around it and just ask for the sauces on the side now.
The pastor I really like here as well. The flavor has been pretty consistent ,sweet and yummy. My husband enjoys the tacos and usually gets some sort of seafood.
As for the wait times I see, I have gone in twice now and ordered there and have never waited longer than about 10 mins. I however have not been in around a dinner service. I usually call all my orders in (5-6x now)and it has always been ready within 15 mins of ordering. It seems a lot of the staff are younger, but they do seem to care atleast when I have been in, so try to show some grace ✨️
I love supporting local places, especially when they are not big corporation operations so we will definitely continue to come and eat here! Hope they can figure out the flow and consistency so that more ppl can enjoy!

I brought my whole family here and we all loved it! The food was delicious, and my absolute favorite was the shrimp tacos , so flavorful and perfectly cooked. The service was amazing too. They greeted us the moment we walked in and made us feel so welcomed. Definitely worth the price, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend

Walked in and wasn’t greeted, or even acknowledged. There was a gentleman waiting for his food and he said he had been there a really long time and just felt like walking out. There was two ladies and a guy behind the counter, talking amongst themselves and wouldn’t even turn around to take an order. It’s a new restaurant and I would think their service would be number one considering another business closed in the same location recently.
