It’s been a while since I last had Chipotle, and I’ve always remembered it as a fairly healthy option. This time, I noticed their High Protein menu and chose the High Protein & High Fiber Bowl, which felt like a really balanced meal.
When I picked up my order, the portion was honestly very generous. I really enjoyed the combination of fajita veggies, chickpeas, and other vegetables paired with the slightly charred chicken — the textures and flavors worked really well together.
Even though the portion was filling, it felt light and easy to digest, which made it a satisfying yet nutritious meal overall.

5/5 stars. honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. the customer service is a solid 10/10 — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. you can tell the staff actually cares and takes pride in what they do, which makes the whole experience even better. the food is absolutely delicious and tastes incredibly fresh. everything was prepared perfectly, full of flavor, and clearly made with quality ingredients. nothing felt rushed or thrown together, and every bite was enjoyable. overall, an amazing experience with great service and fantastic food. this is definitely a place i’ll be coming back to and recommending to others. shoutout to jessica for her service. i really appreciated jessica for her kindness and compassion in serving the customers. she was really nice and was very helpful. anyways 100% 10/10 would come again.

Chipotle gives you an option to choose how much portion you want on your order and every time when I choose extra they put less than normal portion and i keep being hungry. Can you please train your staff better so they understand what customer wants to eat exactly. Having this issue only at this location.

I just gave them another chance to order from here and look at the photo what I got. Guys be careful the chicken that I had was barely cooked and it was all raw. It is disgusting and you can easily get poisoned by eating raw chicken. Already escalated this with Chipotle.

They have the smallest portions of meat and rice. The prices are higher than other locations. This location is the closest to my job. Highly disappointed. For now on I’m going to take a 12 minute drive instead of a 2 minute drive. This location acts like it’s starving for money. The sugarloaf location next to 316 is levels above this location.

I have been to many different Chipotle’s in Gwinnett County. I have NEVER seen one so dirty and unkept as this location. They were not even busy around 7 pm when we visited today. There were at least 5 employees working from what I could see, so they were not short staffed. The floors were filthy and sticky. So sticky that my flip flop got stuck and I almost tripped and fell as soon we walked in. There was a wet floor sign but obviously not because it had been mopped. Every single table inside was dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and there was no toilet paper. Had to use brown stiff paper towels to wipe. There wasn’t even a trash bag in the garbage can. There were no napkins available in the dispenser near the drink station and only 5 straws in the straw cubby. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. Unfortunately, against my better judgment, we still ate here. Only because we were so hungry. The chips we received were wet and soggy. Yuck. The chicken bowls we ordered were all bland and didn’t taste fresh. I got so grossed out by the place I didn’t finish my meal and just hoped that I wouldn’t get sick from what I did eat. Very disappointing experience. We will never visit this location again. It’s lacking responsible and competent employees and clearly some real management. Terrible. Waste of money.
