Purchased a chicken Cesar salad with added avocado, the cost of the salad was just under $20, for a take out order, I was served a rotten salad, which included the lettuce and the avocado. It smelled terrible. The chicken was dry and not even cut up correctly, it had some big chunks, chicken skin thin sliver pieces, it was awful. I threw my lunch away. I’ve had this same salad at other McAlister’s and it was delicious. This Woodstock location needs a corporate visit and maybe one from the health department. I rarely leave a bad review, but this experience was deserving.

2nd visit – Sunday 10/19/2025. 1 pm.
Restaurant was packed but I had have the Memphian again! Staff working hard to get customers served. Considering how busy they were, I received my dine in order fairly quickly. Once again, I loved the sandwhich.

1st time visit on Saturday September 26, 2025 at about 12:15 pm. Ordered to-go. $24.00 dollar order.

I would like to preface by saying the food was excellent – Memphian and Turkey BLT.

Was surprised to see no one dining in and that I was never greeted. The counter employees didn’t really seem happy to be working or that they had a customer in their presence. Rule #1 – acknowledge the presence of a customer and make them feel welcome.

The restaurant looked clean and nice.

Great food but this location has slacked in customer service as of late. My wife and I sat at the counter for almost 10 minutes. There was zero urgency and respect for anyone else in the room. Multitasking is part of customer service and the woman on the register has no motivation or desire to work there.,

I really hate to do this cause I’ve NEVER had A bad experience here, the people ALWAYS polite and the food is usually GREAT but I ate MOST of my salad to only find a worm squirming around in it …

First time to visit this location, nice place it’s a shame their cook doesn’t take any pride in how he prepares his sandwiches. My sandwiches was served with a thin slice of tomato which had the core of the tomato right in the middle of the sandwich. No one could miss this while preparing a sandwich. The tomato Cucumber salad had zero taste.

My wife and I decided to come here with less than an hour until they closed. I feared that being so close to closing time that the food might not be fresh so close to closing. I was completely wrong. First we walked in and the restaurant was very clean. We were greeted by some very nice younger ladies. They answered a couple of questions and we ordered. Less than 3-4 minutes later, our food arrived at outlet table. My wife is Gluten-Free and they had GF bread. She ordered the “Pick 2” and got a Half sandwich/Half salad combo. I got the Reuben and Mac-n-cheese. They food came out very fresh and portions were plenty. Quality of the food was excellent and the staff were very nice. We’ll definitely come back here.

If they do the t mobile Tuesday to bring in new customers it ain’t working. Waited 30 min inside only to realize my order been rdy behind the counter where one of the girls knew so. The other did not 1.

So may be best to wait right in front of them like everyone else and nag until you get it. Tried to be polite and wait to the side

Three tables felt sticky

I consistently have issues with this location. This time the “potato soup” barely had any potatoes. As you can see in the photo, it is mostly liquid/broth. Service is okay, the front counter tends to not want to wait on you even when you’re the only customer in the restaurant.
