The best time to visit is 10am in the morning as soon as they open. No crowds and no rushing to get orders finished. I ordered the Original #13, and the sandwich was perfect. Even better, everyone was super friendly, which I appreciated. Ordering from here allows you to earn points too, for free sandwiches.

I’ve never had a good experience at this location. Which is sad because I love Jersey Mike’s subs. I will literally drive an extra 20 mins to Holly Springs to avoid the Fuquay store. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the employees and/or management!

Jersey Mikes has failed me at this Fuquay Varina location. I ordered ahead via the app, like I always do, but never have I ever experienced receiving a sub that looked, felt, and tasted like it should have been thrown in the GARBAGE!! Bread was hard, crusty, and flaky. Whoever made it looked like they decided to play football with it first!

Girl at register charged me for foot long plus 8 inch sub I didn’t order. Staff told me they had to ring it up that way and couldn’t change it. I spoke to manager who refunded the money for the sandwich I didn’t order. I’m not so sure it was an innocent mistake especially since she didn’t give me a receipt although I hope the staff would not be the sort of person who would knowingly cheat others. I was charged $32 for one footlong sub. So glad the manager corrected the situation. Please check to make sure your bill includes Only what you ordered at this location.

I ordered a portobello mushroom Swiss sub. It looked thin when I got it, so I opened it up. There are three small portobello slices and three more partial slices of portobello. I paid over $10 to receive almost what is essentially a grilled onion sandwich. I will never order from this restaurant again.

Edit: Samantha reached out and replaced our subs. It was much appreciated. But the Fuquay location is very hit or miss.

We ordered online for pickup and our sandwiches had barely any meat or toppings. Incredibly disappointing considering we spent $70 any my family wasn’t even satisfied! I contacted support on November 24th to report the issue and nobody has responded.

The guys that work in here are always really friendly in this location. I went in with my friend the other day to get some hoagies. Unfortunately, by the time I got home to eat mine, it was a sloppy mess. This has happened before, but this time I decided to put a review. I like to order the tuna, but why don’t they drain the tuna before they make the tuna salad why is it so watery? My entire sandwich was a Completely soggy mess. Ruined.

Just went to get two sandwiches. There was about 5 people ahead of me and 5 people behind me. All 10 people got their food before me. I asked about my order and the cashier made fun of me, laughed and said 15 more minutes, even though I had already waited 20 minutes. I didn’t catch his name, he was young, around 18 or so, had long dark hair in a pony tail. Extremely rude cashier! Will not be going back.
