I have started going to this Taco Bell since I’ve moved to Augusta and almost every single time I have gone there, they have messed up my order in some fashion. Including putting on sauce that makes the food uneatable. I do not recommend going to this taco bell.

I ordered food online was stuck in line for over 30 minutes. Didn’t get to eat. My lunch caused me to be late for work. Food was ice cold on top of that taco shells were stale. No apologies whatsoever. I’ll never eat at this restaurant again horrible experience

Restaurant was recently renovated. Clean, comfortable dining room. Food was average for Taco Bell but staff was friendly. As a plus, restrooms were clean, stocked and well lighted. Pleasant late evening meal.

It’s classic Taco Bell food. Always consistent, always good.
The remodel (9/25) is bad. Whole place now feels empty, whitewashed, and sterile like a hospital waiting room.
No more food trays? And the new “top 40” poppy music feels very out of place.
The new marketing about going back decades to the year 2K is kind of crap. Because the place feels absolutely bare and sterile compared to the old super colorful fun atmosphere.

I’m honestly really upset first I got a lot of attitude for asking for the correct sauce, which he replied well I put a lot of mild I said I understand but I wanted hot so can you please give me some hot sauce. Then he like threw it in my bag and before I could even say thank you he rolled his eyes and closed the window. I brushed it off but this flat burrito I got is ridiculous. I have never had this problem at this location but I won’t be going back. There is literally no egg and it’s cold I don’t work that far usually my food is still hot by time I get to sit down and eat it. You lost a pretty loyal customer please get this employee some more training.

I was passing through the town and decided to stop for lunch and upon entering heard the person who was preparing the food was yelling and cussing someone over the phone very loudly. I proceed with ordering through the kiosk and thought he would stop yelling but he just kept going and I had it enough so I cancelled my order before paying and walked out of the Taco Bell. This was the worst experience traveling cross country.
