I don’t leave reviews often but I felt the need to today. I got a matcha with cold foam via the app. Once I got there the man that made mine (I really should have gotten his name. I’m pretty sure he was the only guy there in the afternoon today, this was around 1:12pm on the 5th of March) told me he wanted to remake it because the lid wouldn’t stay on the cup. Which is very sweet. But I mix the cold foam in anyways so I asked him to just switch the cup! He was really friendly about it and I appreciate the gesture on trying to preserve my cold foam layers. Also, the drink was made perfectly which is a plus. I’m not sure if reviews get passed on or whatever but I just want him to know that the experience was very lovely and made my day!

There was a little mix up this morning with my drink but it was an honest mistake. A couple of the girls seemed a little sassy but the older lady (Im sorry I didn’t catch your name) who took my order at the front counter was VERY sweet and apologized for my name not being written down. Definitely keep her around, she seems so nice and genuine. She has long hair kept back in a ponytail and was a bit older than the rest of the bunch. And my drink was delicious.

I ordered a venti ice white chocolate mocha, but I customized it and put no ice oat milk and no whipped cream. I have ordered this multiple times at this location. It is my go to drink when I received the first time. There was ice, I asked them nicely, I said, there’s ice and the tag says, no ice the barista apologized and fixed it for me. Well, when I got it, the second time it had a fruity aftertaste, and it didn’t taste anything like white chocolate mocha, i went up for a second time and told them that it had a fruity aftertaste. The barista then argued with me saying it shouldn’t have a fruity aftertaste It just has a lot of oat milk in it and I told her that I get this all the time and it doesn’t taste like that. It has a fruity aftertaste. She apologized and went to go make it again for me well, she just added more milk in it, and handed it back to me. I apologize and she didn’t even acknowledge me, I don’t like to do this. I’m a college student, so I have to use my money sparingly, I hardly ever get coffee and when I do this is the coffee I get and when it’s messed up and I have to pay $7 for it and the barista completely rude to you. I just want my $7 drink to taste right.

Good coffee, slow service. This is a more consistent location than others around (Dahlonega or Cumming) and I’ve waited very VERY long times (upwards of 15 minutes) just to order! Usually the order accuracy is great and so is the flavor of the coffee I’m getting. I’m guessing it may be a staffing issue but the employees are trained well and their customer service is great.

I had ordered a Pink Drink, and within 2 minutes it was finished. When I looked at the cup, I was shocked to see that about 80% of it was filled with ice. Basically, I paid $8 for a cup of ice. This was really frustrating, and since I was already on the highway, I couldn’t go back. I truly believe brands should pay more attention to things like this!

I could not be more thankful for the staff working here at this Starbucks. Almost one week ago today, I arrived with a flat tire. Not knowing what to do I walked in and asked for help, two employees named Ryleigh and Cole came to my rescue. Cole graciously dropped the task he was working on to go out to his car and see if he could find me a tire pump, upon his return, unfortunately he did not have one to offer. He instead pulled out his wallet and with Ryleigh’s help and the kindness of his own heart they gave me quarters to go across the way to the local Kroger and use their pump to fix my flat. I could not have been more thankful for the teamwork that the team working that morning showed and the kindness they extended to a total stranger. Shout out to you, thank you guys!

The drive thru had 15 cars lined up and didn’t move for 10 minutes. I drove out of there and went to the Starbucks inside Kroger. Got my drink and paid in less time it took for me to air in the drive thru line. Ridiculous.

Placed an order for pickup through the app. Arrived by the projected pickup time. 3 of the 4 items were completed and waiting in the counter . Waited another 10 minutes for the last drink before asking a member of staff if someone was working on it. Yeah, it is wasn’t even started, but by this time I have seen about 15 other people come in, place orders and leave.
One of the drinks was even made incorrectly.
Finish one persons order before beginning others. This should be common sense. By the time I received the last drink, my warm breakfast items were already cold. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this specific location.
