This place is falling apart. I ordered 4 blizzards at the counter. The cashier (a nice young lady who was obviously new) asked me if I “wanted my receipt” which contained my order# on it. Luckily I knew to say yes so I could confirm my order in the crowded restaurant. But then none of my blizzards were flipped, they all had lids on them, and i get home I basically 4 blizzard milkshakes. I live a block and half away. The staff had 6-9 tickets in line and were making loud jokes about retiring where we could all hear them in the back of the restaurant. The quality of the ice cream is my primary complaint. All the other stuff is granular.

When you order a #4 in the drive thru, which was supposed to be a burger, they will give you a 4 piece chicken tender instead. The food they gave me was fine. But it was not what I asked for.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I requested a large mudslide Blizzard, but instead received a large mint chocolate chip Blizzard. The employee who served me was visibly disengaged and seemed unhappy at work, which further worsened the experience. I used my reward points for this order, effectively spending around $25 for an item I didn’t want. While I did consume the Blizzard, it was not what I had ordered. This situation needs correction.

We are all under the weather so had a delivery order of a burger meal and 3 blizzards. I ordered an extreme and there was no hot fudge. So I thought no biggy, I’ll call and they will make it right. Nope. They said come back in. I said I can’t, we are all sick therefor we had it delivered. They said, well nothing we can do then.

I gave it a 3 cause it’s a total hit or miss depending on who makes your stuff I guess.
I really love their butterfinger blizzards. I always order them with extra butterfinger. But sometimes, (like right now) I order one with extra butterfinger and there’s virtually none in the blizzard! It’s essentially a plane shake.
And it’s frustrating because I can’t really change it for a new one or get a refund because it’s through DoorDash.

Took my grandma to get a blizzard for mothers day dessert. The drive through line was very long. “Great, just more time for us to hang out before you drop me off” I said & we laughed. The line was steadily moving though. The crew was kind and the ice cream was fantastic. I got the new peanut butter puppy chow blizzard and my grandma got the turtle pecan blizzard. Both were fantastic! The cup was fun too.

Been here too many times to count. Not once have I had someone that wasn’t cheerful and willing to go the extra mile with service. They have everything from Atlantic Cod to Banana Splits. Could recommend any other place when a little sweet and fulfilling meal or treat is desired! I just went back again today and I really wanted a brownie with my banana split and they were happy to oblige.

Barely get any fries after waiting over 15 minutes each time. Workers are sometimes nice but you can tell most don’t want to be there. Very very SLOW.

this is a fun little place if you drive through it’s not the greatest for parking or hanging out for a long time but the service is always with a smile and the ice cream is always really good
