It has been a hard week for me. All I wanted was a small cheese burger with no onion. what did I get a hamburger with onion. I donate to your food charity, and now I cannot eat my own food. I have food sensitivity to onion, and my food even said “SPECIAL” on it. I know you have a hard job because food industry isn’t easy, but it isn’t like there was a more than 1 car in the drive thru, and your lot was empty. So you could have spent the extra time to make sure my food was at least correct. Yesterday, my grandbaby died, my daughter is in the hospital times are hard and now feeling guilty to eat anyway, and now I don’t get to eat. I paid $9 for a drink and fries now. I lost it, I smushed the burger into tiny pieces and stomped on it at work because I just have too much going on. I just wanted to eat, I just wanted to eat 🙁 I am so so sad.

The chicken tenders were hot and delicious and the fries were good as well. Unfortunately some people are not cut out for upfront customer service jobs like the counter at fast food restaurants and the young lady who took our order was one of them. We were smiling and pleasant waiting patiently to be waited on and her demeanor was sad and made us feel like she was doing us a favor by waiting on us. Everyone has a bad day but part of the job at the counter is to be pleasant at the very least.

If anyone talks to you like she’s a kindergarten teacher, check your food. The fluff is a disguise, her only motive is to give you crap with a fake smile so she can go home without doing her job, like dropping a fresh batch of anything. I guess it’s my fault for driving through five minutes before her shift ended.
I do not return to places when they forget things. I do not complain. I do not want free nor extra. She absolutely murdered my order w/ intent.

The tables and floors were filthy and sticky. It looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. It’s not that hard to sweep and mop at the very least, guys.
The chicken quesadilla tastes alright but has a slight after taste of chemicals that were probably poorly cleaned off of wherever it was made.
Unless they pay YOU to dine here, do not. If you’re craving their breakfast menu, the drive to the Washington store is well worth it.

The best Biscuits, hands down! I always order extras whenever I go since I don’t live near a Hardee’s. They heat well in the microwave for 45 – 60 seconds.

I eat here at this location at least twice a week. The ladies that run this Location are very nice And prompt with getting your food out. Every time I’ve ordered here, my food is hot and it taste very good. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 to 7 minutes for my food. Thank you!
