One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had! It was HUGE and you also get a slice of pie (or other side) included in the great price! I got mine to go – so good! It will last me 2 days!

Cute little bakery / cafe in Priest River, right at the intersection of Hwy 2 and Hwy 57. A 15-seat gem that is cool, clean, and very inviting.
The crepes are amazing. I had the “Oh so berry good” crepe and a large mocha. The crepe was warm and full of berries. While sweet, it wasn’t overly so. The mocha was creamy and thick. I encourage you to stop by and see Jo if you’re in the area. You’ll be glad you did.
The hours are 7-2 Wednesday thru Sunday.

In a world where coffee shops are a dime a dozen, Jo Mama’s Bakery & Café stands out as a beacon of excellence. Whether you’re seeking a quiet place to work, a cozy spot for a date, or simply a haven to indulge in exceptional coffee and cuisine, this local gem delivers on all fronts. Service is prompt and friendly without being intrusive. The staff members are knowledgeable about their offerings and are always ready with a smile. It’s evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority here, making each visit a personalized and enjoyable experience.

Ah, the coffee! Crafted with precision and passion. Whether you’re a fan of a velvety latte, a bold espresso shot, or a soothing herbal tea, their menu offers a delightful array of choices. Autumn is a true artisan, transforming each cup into a work of art, adorned with delicate latte art that speaks volumes about her dedication to both flavor and presentation.

Beyond their stellar coffee offerings, Jo Mama’s also boasts a menu of delectable treats. From freshly baked pastries, breads and pies that melt in your mouth to hearty sandwiches, every bite is a testament to their commitment to quality. My go-to is the biscuits and gravy or the Monte Cristo crape. My son has to have the Old Timer.

All of this tucked away on a quaint corner of our little town…how lucky are we.

Cute little bakery. We had Cinnamon roll coffee cake and an Americano. The coffee cake tasted fresher and better. Americano was a super light roast of coffee for my tastes (didn’t taste like espresso but something you’d use for drip) but hot and drinkable. Friendly service and adorable interior!

Jolene provided us with catering for our daughter’s wedding, she wanted brisket and a lot of it! Green bean casserole, baby medley colorful potatoes, amazing tossed spinach and green salad, and a family recipe fruit salad, all made to perfection. She was very involved weeks before the wedding making sure everything was correct and when they were at the venue they helped massively by serving each first plate with the correct amount of meat, they did the dishes, made last minute Huckleberry lemonade in a Giant drink dispenser that I forgot to fill before they got there! They were just amazing! I also often go through their coffee shop and pick up desserts and breakfast sandwiches from their Cafe which has amazing breakfast as well and coffee. Seems like they always have Huckleberry something in their case as well. Thank you Jolene, Jesse and Autumn for an amazing experience I will use you for my catering of large events from now on!

I can’t imagine getting a more disappointing sandwich and paying 16 dollars… Yet i did and it’s here .. paper bread, soaked in butter, barely any meat which tastes like it comes from the nearby and lowest choice, mostly overcooked. The bacon wasn’t even patted down and upon further review may be adding to the overwhelming”butter” taste which is salt and grease. The only reason you are getting a two star is one… I’ve known you from a while back, you can do better than this…. Two, I also ordered one of my favorite desserts which is a coffee cake, I know it’s good. Service was mostly unengaging, but slightly helpful in information upon a further inquiry… The atmosphere is light, clean, nice and maintained, only a hint of tacky laziness of having the tables pre-set.

Edit: my one of my favorite desserts has become just another sugar cookie… 1 Star

Really actually angry after eating here. Nothing wrong with the food or atmosphere. The service was…. I felt like she would rather we weren’t there but the real problem is. They added several dollars to the cost of each of our dishes without saying a word hoping I wouldn’t notice. Just quickly punched in those prices and then gave me a total no word of a price change. Not before ordering and not at the register. Just punch it in and hope they don’t look. When I asked her she said “we raised our prices”. Followed by “it’s not my fault” Ok but you gave me a menu with the other prices. If you change your prices you HAVE to change your menu. That’s retail integrity and probably also the law. It’s pretty easy to make temporary stickers until you can print a new menu. This is unacceptable. And I would have paid the higher price if that had been what was advertised I understand that everything is expensive and it’s expensive to run a business. but now I just feel cheated and the experience is not something to repeat. If people aren’t complaining it is out of politeness and not because they don’t mind. 0/10 for service 5/10 for food. It was fine. Atmosphere average. Get it together people.

On our way from Chicago to Seattle on a road trip. Jo Mamas morning breakfast (with a sausage paddy on the side) was the best breakfast we have gotten. And the americano coffee was splendid too. Our warmest recommendation. Kris and Jesper
