I picked up a turkey I had ordered online for Thanksgiving, and after a 30-minute drive home, I opened it to find it moldy. I immediately went back to the store to show them, and instead of apologizing, they just said “okay” and told me to call for a refund since it was an online order.
I had to stand there and make a phone call the get connected, I was told the refund could be handled in-store. There was guy who works there was not helpful at all.
Selling spoiled food like this is completely unacceptable and I was completely disappointed.
If you buy anything from here, make sure you check it carefully. I can’t imagine eating food from a place with untrained, uncaring staff. I will never go back.

My personal experience here today was great. Like many I was a longtime fan of Boston Market over the past decades and was happy to find this one still open. While it’s true that the venue itself was a little “tired” it certainly wasn’t dirty and the booths and tables were all in good shape. Most importantly the rotisserie chicken was moist an delicious. My roasted potatoes and Mac & cheese were equally as tasty as I remember them being. In fact, all of the sides behind the counter looked great. The owner was on top of everything and seems to really take pride in the place. I really hope they can hang on because it’s great nostalgia to eat here. It should also be noted that they were pretty busy while I was here with many people also popping in to pick up take out orders.

I really love their creamed spinach, so I just came in for a side and it was delicious, as always. I picked up some cornbread too but it was stale. It was the end of the day, so I kinda understand, but really, you should have warned me. My husband threw his out after one (crunchy) bite.

I don’t know where the negative comments come from I’ve been to this place so many times and I’ve never had an issue the food is better for you than if you were to go to other fast food places the service was fast and people working were very sweet

This is not a true boston market! Sone as I walked in, I should’ve left. Food wasn’t good, not fresh. Hopefully, the chicken doesn’t make me sick! It has definitely been sitting around a while, not to mention how old tasting the potatoes were. i didn’t eat them! The creamed spinach was decent didn’t taste old. I should’ve read the reviews just made a quick stop. Don’t stop here you are putting your life in jeopardy!

I’m so pleased we ordered. We had the 6-person family meal and one combo meal. Everything, and I underscore, everything, was PERFECT!
Chicken was fresh and juicy. Sides were fantastic: sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes and creamed spinach!
It’s sad when only the exceptions post about a negative experience but many positives don’t get mentioned.
We can’t wait to order from Boston Market again!

This Boston Market is special. The owner/manager is an amazing human being. Not only that but the quality and care of the food that comes out of this kitchen is outstanding compared to other locations as well as the excellent service. I went in and a customer was bringing food back the corn was spoiled. The worker said the cook was serving spoiled corn. The girl said who worked there said she wouldnt eat the food there and it didnt look appetizing. I saw the food and noticed everything was dried up and old. The serving spoon was in the beans it was horrible. I ordered a chicken pot pie it looked like it could have baked more but I thought it was the safest thing that looked ok to eat.
I got home and broke into the pie to take a bite it was sour and smelled bad. I’m not sure what’s going on in this location but it’s really bad.

Terrible service with an attitude. Younger girl who works there has passive aggressive attitude problem. Refused to sell quarter chickens despite it being on the menu. Told us they only sell half chickens now. M Also lied about not having any sauces. How do you run out of sauces before 5pm? Service at the other Boston Market on Essex st is much nicer and accommodating. Take your money elsewhere.
