I was a Burger King Manager for 10 years and never had these problems with customers. They came in and we took care of them immediately. Yes drive through is the focus but so is all Customers. There should have been someone taking care of front counter customers as they came in so there wouldn’t be any in happy customers and you wouldn’t be getting this review.
I’d drive through has a line most people would come in especially if they going to work trying to get their food QUICKLY. But this isn’t except-able
At all. So my mom left without getting her food that SHE PAID FOR!!!!!!!!! Because she was late for work. ##Imsoconfused.
