The Rigatoni Bolognese, Cavattapi Pollo and Bruschetta were all delicious. The service was fast and friendly. Reasonably priced as well. It’s nice to finally have a solid italian restaurant in Fairbanks! We’ll definitely be going back.

The fettuccine Alfredo and Italian soda were amazing, I ordered 5 dinner meals and they were ready very quickly. Next time I will time them. My family and I will be going back. Very good food and the staff was very friendly and professional. I am so happy we found this place!

Chicken Parmesan was watery and cold. Alfredo Pasta that came with it tasted like it was prego sauce and boxed pasta. Not sure how this place stays in business. Service seemed fine and place was clean. Food was just lousy at best. Like a poor man’s olive garden.

I finally went in here the other day, after seeing their sign a couple weeks ago. This place is excellent. The meals are made in front of you (if you stand at the counter waiting for take-out), and fresh ingredients are used to make your pasta meal. Please try it so, as others have said, this place doesn’t go away. Finally a FRESH Italian place in Fairbanks! Highly recommend! 5+ Stars.
(I do hope they make it feel more like an Italian restaurant in terms of ambience. It’s a little like the ice cream shop it once was. But give them time!)

This place serves the best pasta with a friendly face and a warm smile. I love their food, and I’m not going to say what I had, because I don’t want them to run out before I can order more. Really a great addition to Fairbanks. It’s set up like a fast food place, with a few tables and chairs, but the food is quick and amazing.

We’ve eaten take-out from Pronto Pasta twice since arriving in Fairbanks; both times the food and service was exceptional. We first ordered their Verdure Brussells Sprouts with fettuccine with garlic sauce – it was outstanding! The next time we got the their Salmon Salad: warm fish and vegetables with cool greens.
Pronto Pasta is a one room resturant the features an open kitchen which to me is generally a good sign of places that prepare quality food. There are some tables tables for those wishing to dine in, however, the focus at Pronto Pasta is quality food.

Pronto Pasta really impressed me! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The pasta was perfectly cooked — you could tell it was made with care — and the sauces were rich, flavorful, and balanced just right. The portion sizes were generous without being over the top, and you definitely get great value for what you pay.
Service was quick, but not rushed. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made sure everything came out hot and fresh. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming — casual enough to relax, but still felt like a nice place to sit down for a proper meal.
If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a kids’ menu or smaller portion options for families. Other than that, I couldn’t ask for much more — excellent food, great service, and a smooth dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical when I first walked in the furnishings didn’t exactly give off a traditional restaurant vibe. But the staff quickly made me feel right at home with their friendly and welcoming attitude.
I ordered the bruschetta and the baked chicken panini, and both were absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the freshness of the vegetables really stood out. Overall, everything tasted homemade and full of care.
I’ll definitely be coming back soon to explore the rest of the menu!

I ordered the Alfredo dinner plate to split between myself and my young daughter as we weren’t overly hungry, but it was so good that we demolished the whole plate. My daughter kept saying “More. More. MORE.” lol! The girl at the counter was very sweet as well. Great food that came out quick and excellent customer service! I only just discovered this place was here (and that Pita Pit is gone) but I’ll definitely be back soon…maybe tomorrow to try the tiramisu that I overlooked today.
