Went here to grab a bite. Got my daughter a Whopper, myself the $5 duo, medium fry and a bacon cheeseburger. The food was hot, my daughter said she liked how the whopper came wrapped in the paper in the box, gives it that authentic burger aesthetic. Staff was friendly in the drive through and at the window. They were also patient as this was my second time eating at this burger joint here in Hagerstown. For the quality of most fast food restaurants, both in atmosphere, staff patience and food quality, I cant recommend this place enough! Highly recommend! They were kind about the condiments, didn’t slam the window, ignore me or throw sauces at me and tell me I owe them money. Quite a different experience that I had here than I have had at other fast food locations in Hagerstown. I’m glad I missed the McDonald’s down Dual, because we were able to have BK instead. Also, the food was hot and had all the toppings. Quality burger meat and produce.

14JAN.2025 My first visit in because I wanted something quick to eat. One person for front register and she was bagging orders for drive thru.
I waited 10 minutes (maybe)until asked if I needed to go to drive thru. I was not greeted until I said something to the cashier, even then she seemed as though she didn’t want to speak and or be at work.
Service was fast just attitudes were not welcoming. My last visit there.

Its the week of Christmas, iv been in food service before. I know how people call out or just don’t show up. There were only 5 people in the building and a line of cars wrapping around the building. Im not going to critique them on their service time. I went inside because I needed to use a gift card. They got my order right and all of the food was fresh. Be sure to be patient with your servers or waiters this holiday season, they definitely need it

3 sperate o casions we have stopped at this fast food drive up for lunch. Each time has taken 15 to 20 min to get our food. Have to wait on something, that’s hot but at this point nothing else is. Horrible place.

Awful experience! Sat in drive thru line for 28 minutes just to get to the window and sat for another 5 mins and no one even came for us to pay. We left without getting our food. Very disappointing and no customer service. Absolutely awful!!!!

I ordered door dash from this BK. My first dasher left after the wait was ridiculous. The 2nd dasher waited and brought me my food. After over an hour I waited and my food still arrived cold and made completely wrong. Dash driver was great, food and restaurant. Not so much, I knew I should of cancelled and saved my money on this one

To Burger King that said my My cookies would only take three minutes so they told me to pull up. I waited outside for 10 minutes and went inside. They said oh well your Cookies are coming up now after waiting inside for nine more minutes everybody in the drive-through started leaving because they were really slow. Not sure what’s going on with this place anymore close the doors. and also will not be returning
