Five Star
A Journey of Mindful Eating

“Spice and sweet in perfect blend,
A quiet peace, the journey’s end.
In each dish, the truth is found,
In balance, all things come around.”

In the practice of life, there is balance. In the practice of eating, there is also balance. This humble Thai restaurant offers food that speaks to the heart, reminding us that true nourishment comes not only from the body but from the spirit. Each dish is a reflection of harmony, where flavors meet with no conflict, just peace.

The cashew chicken is a beautiful example of balance—tenderness and crispness, warmth and flavor. The sauce is deep and grounding, while the cashews offer a gentle crunch, reminding us that the simplest of ingredients, when combined with mindfulness, bring joy and fulfillment. The drunken noodles, bold yet comforting, teach us that strength and serenity are not opposing forces but are united within each moment.

The green curry, with its soothing spice, reveals the truth that opposites exist not to create division but to coexist harmoniously. The massaman curry, rich and warm, reminds us of the gentle power of simplicity and patience in the kitchen, as in life.

The sweetness of mango sticky rice is like the sweetness of a peaceful heart, while the Thai iced tea brings coolness and clarity. Through this food, we learn that true contentment comes from presence—the art of tasting, reflecting, and being mindful in each moment.

I fricken LOVE this place. I always choose to eat here for my cheat meals and they have yet to let me down. I am a bit of a stickler with my protein portions, and when I requested a bit more and explained my reasoning they were more than happy to give me more! They even left some remarks indicating they weren’t bothered by my request at all. I am asian so I am very particular with my asian foods as well, especially pad thai; and I have tried other spots local here and Spice takes the cake!

I am probably going to order there tonight now that I am thinking about it haha!

Absolutely incredible experience! The Massaman curry was perfectly balanced, rich, and flavorful—smooth, with just the right amount of spice. The tender steamed tofu and fragrant potatoes made each bite a delight. The Pad Thai was a total standout as well—tangy, savory, with the perfect combination of textures. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and every bite was an explosion of flavor that never got old. Everything came together so beautifully, it felt like a true taste of Thailand. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic, mouthwatering Thai food!

Nice little place in Red Bank for Thai food. Good service, and my order came very quickly. Nice people and I enjoyed our conversation. I ordered the Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) with Calimari and Spring Rolls. Not knowing how spicy their dishes are, I asked for medium hot and was a bit disappointed it was not spicy enough. Good flavor, but it could have been quite a bit hotter.

A wonderful hole in the wall Thai restaurant. Deliciously prepared with fresh rice noodles which are hard to come by added to the complexity of my Drunken Noodles! The Tom Yum with chicken was seasoned with just the right amount spicy kick. One of the best Thai experiences I’ve ever had so far.

Good Thai Food. My daughter loves the Street Thai Wings and white rice. I ordered fish. It was tasty. We get take out here often but it is nice to dine in.

Little spot that packs some big flavors. I went with my girlfriend and we started off with a curry with pita that was delicious, the pita was warm and fluffy. I forget the name of my dish but had sauteed vegetables with pineapple and was very flavorful. Best of all was they had an imitation duck option! Perfect for anyone avoiding meat. Would definitely go back.

What a cute & cozy thai restaurant in downtown red bank! The food is tasty & the service is impeccable. I ordered the thai spring rolls & shrimp pra ram. I can drink the peanut sauce, it’s THAT good! I will definitely be back.

This duck salad is sublime! The full flavor in the back of my tong after each bites!
The coconut soup before was great too. Just a tad bit on the sweet side for my taste, but oh-so flavorful!

Cute, cozy, with the coolest 70s music in the background. Eating solo here is an actual treat, with the friendliest waitress with the biggest smile!
Don’t miss this place!

Fantastic meal and service! We had the chicken satay skewers and shrimp in a blanket – both great! I had the roadside noodles with shrimp, which was just enough spice for me to handle. Reasonable prices! I’ll be back!
