⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – WOULD FIGHT THE BAGEL ARMY AGAIN ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Bagel Den in Heber City wasn’t just breakfast, it was a full-blown military campaign.

We rolled up, ordered our carnivore french toast bagels (the real reason to live), and before we could even say “extra bacon and an extra egg on top”… one of the little bagels on the counter sprouted legs, let out a war cry that sounded like a possessed squeaky toy, and vaulted out of the drive-thru window like a carb-loaded ninja.

Naturally, they chased us into the parking lot, because what else do you do at 8AM in Heber?

That’s when we discovered the Bagel Battalion.

Dozens of them. Maybe hundreds. Each armed with cream cheese cannons, sesame shields, and asiago helmets.

They circled us near the back of the lot. It felt like the final boss scene of an action movie, except instead of bullets we were getting blasted with whipped chive spread.

A few bagels were harmed in the skirmish, but we escaped with our dignity (mostly), our breakfast (barely), and a newfound respect for baked goods with combat training.

Would we return?
Absolutely.
Happily.
Heroically.

If The Bagel Den summons the Bagel Army again, we will gladly defend ourselves, and the carnivore french toast bagel at all costs.

Wonderful bagels, some of the best I’ve had. The sesame bagel had seeds on top AND bottom, which isn’t typical on bagels I get at home. The 2 egg, sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich was delicious. Coffee was hot and bold. Service was excellent.

I didn’t get to dine here YET, but I did get to try the bagels at an event and MAN OH MAN. I have had a lot of bagels in my life, but these are NEXT LEVEL and probably the best I’ve ever had. I could eat 14 in 1 sitting. OH AND the chive cream cheese had red onions in it and I want to drink it idk.

Fun little breakfast spot. You’ll order up at the counter for To-Go or they’ll give you a number and you can seat yourself and then bring you your food.

I ordered the Carnivore breakfast sandwich. It was a good sandwich but felt like it was just missing something.

It was a very popular spot and will give it another try with something else on the menu.

I recently visited The Bagel Den in my way to ski and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. Upon entering the shop, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the menu. The selection of bagels was impressive, with a variety of traditional and specialty flavors to choose from. I decided on The Carnivore on the French Toast bagel. It was flavorful and perfectly balanced.

In addition to the delicious bagels, the shop also offered a variety of other breakfast items such as omelettes and sandwiches. I was tempted to try one of these as well, but I was so satisfied with my bagel that I didn’t want to risk ruining the experience.

The atmosphere of the shop was also a highlight, with cozy seating and a welcoming ambiance. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this bagel shop and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. If you’re a fan of bagels, this is definitely a place you won’t want to miss.

Update: Went again and it was money!

Jan 2025 Update:
Stopped in on a snowy Saturday morning and the place was full or groups visiting and enjoying the comfortable and plentiful seating. Ordered an Egg and Lox with two eggs that exceeded very high expectations. The Asiago Cheese bagel was the perfect foundation for a wonderful breakfast sandwich. So good, I ordered a Sausage Egg on Jalapeño & Cheese bagel to go!

Original Review:
Friendly, modern and incredibly tasty! Nestled on the edge of Heber, on the Park City side, this repurposed building exceeded my expectations. The bagels were wonderful only topped by the sandwiches! I had the Mexicana on Jalapeño Bagel Egg Lox on Asiago…yes I had to try them both. I upgraded the Mexicana to two eggs for a small up charge. Inside dining is back to Pre-COVID capacity so don’t let a long drive through scare you. I was told, there is never a wait for bad food.

Went here with a co worker thinking it’d be some amazing bagel that we’d just love. I ordered the jalapeño & pepper jack bagel with 2 eggs, sausage and cheese. The jalapeños were not spicy at all. The flavor all around was pretty mild & mid. I genuinely think I’ve enjoyed a breakfast sandwich from McDonalds more than this! No lie. I get it’s suppose to be healthier but if I’m spending $9 on a bagel it better at least taste like it has some seasoning and flavor… on top of that the “bagel” was more like an English muffin. Very flat and not dense at all. ON TOP OF THAT? The egg, sausage and cheese tasted like something straight out of the microwave.. BIG LET DOWN. I’m giving credit where it’s due. The employees were kind and brought us our food. Also the espresso I ordered tasted like something I could make on a bad day. All around expensive and not worth the hype. I don’t want to bash too hard because I’m sure they have other bagels that are more favorited than others that I didn’t get to try. The atmosphere was nice. Just don’t look up. The electrical is a mess
