Was visiting from Lake Charles. Searched for gluten free food options. This restaurant was recommended and it was so perfect!! Everything was homemade, chips, salsa, tortilla, etc. We had the barbacoa tacos, grilled Baja shrimp and Raha tacos. They were so…. good! I eat Mexican food at least twice a week and when I say they have the best rice and beans.. they have the beat I’ve ever had! Our server, Asaely was so sweet, attentive and overall amazing! This will be a regular spot when we visit!

Can’t rave enough about Blue Corn! We love it and keeping coming back. Food is always delicious and service has always been great. When we first came in we were really happy we found a restaurant with authentic Mexican food in an elevated atmosphere. The Blue Corn soup is our favorite. Congratulations and thanks for bringing the authentic taste of Mexico to BR

The food and service was excellent. Great atmosphere. Came on a Sunday when it wasn’t too busy. Will definitely be returning.

My fiance and I went out with our newborn for a quick dinner and it turned into an experience. The owner visited our table as soon as we were seated and chatted with us randomly. He was very kind. Our server was energetic and very sweet. She was also fast and on top of our order. Every other staff member we interacted with was so pleasant. We ended up staying longer just due to the welcoming environment. The food was fresh and delicious. The table next to ours had a chef come from the kitchen make their guacamole at their table. That was different.

Went to celebrate a friend’s birthday. They were able to accommodate our group. The food was delicious. We had a long wait between ordering and getting our food, also had to ask to have our drinks refilled.

Met with a smile. Sat outside where the area is super cute. The restaurant has a modern vibe. Server was incredibly nice and very attentive without being overbearing. There were 3 of us. My mom and I got 2 tacos (taco tuesday) each and split an app and my son got the suizas enchiladas. Everything was great. Lots of interesting items on the menu with wine unexpected flavors/pairings. Pricing seems about average. A little more upscale pricing than your run of the mill Mexican restaurant but not unreasonable. So definitely put this one on the regulars list.

What a wonderful dining experience. We are here from out of state and this has been our favorite meal this week. We were greeted by a very jovial man. The atmosphere is very fun! They immediately brought us chips and salsa. The waitress… she was so sweet and helpful, truly. We all ordered different menu items and we enjoyed every last bite (button popping off of my jeans). 🙂 I wish we had this restaurant at home. Everything was delicious! Don’t be afraid of the cucumber-jalepeno margarita. It was so good, light and refreshing. It paired perfectly with my enchilada suizas. Such an amazing meal!

This establishment is currently holding my money for an order they never fulfilled, and their refusal to rectify the situation is egregious.
On the evening before Christmas Eve, my wife and I were at the hospital and relied on this restaurant for a meal. Their online system listed them as ‘Open’ and processed our payment, but when we arrived to pick up the food, the building was dark and locked.
While operational errors happen, the follow-up has been a display of complete negligence. I was charged in full. After a week of unreturned calls, I finally reached a staff member last weekend who verified the error. I was promised a manager call-back (which never happened) and then promised an immediate refund receipt (which was never sent).
You took money from a family in a hospital waiting room, provided no food, and are now ghosting us regarding the reimbursement. That is not just bad service; it is theft.

Hit or miss… loud, expensive and different. This is not your usual Mexican meal or drink. They bill it as “modern Mexican” … just stick to the street tacos.
The service was slow, the cocktails were good but unusual (margaritas with lemons) and the entrees were either good or not eatable.
Thought we would a couple of their “classic” entrees.
My wife enjoyed her steak Tampiqueña, but my Huarache / Asada was so tough I couldn’t eat it.
Took a while to find our waiter, then waited for him to bring our check. Dinner & 2 margaritas were over $80.

Best Mexican Restaurant I’ve been to east of Texas.
The salsa and guacamole is amazing. Im told is made fresh daily. And the lecream (white cheese) is to die for. I’m not sure what I ordered as I told the waiter what I like and let him pick a dish for me. All I know is they are going to spice it up a bit as I like spicy food and it’s normally not spicy.
Ok, it’s getting better and better now that the entrees are here.
I don’t remember the name of the dish but it’s the one in the square plate that the waiter ordered for me. The small container of green (I think its a spicy mole sauce) is the extra addition to give it more heat. They decided to put it on the side instead of directly on it. After one taste, I put a generous portion on half of it, so I could enjoy some original flavor and some spicy. I also used some with the chips. Both people with me were very happy with their food. The fajitas were excellent as the steak, chicken and shrimp were very tasty.
I also had a little bowl of soup that was very tasty. Reminds me of eating hot tamales.

I’m looking forward to coming back when I am in town.
Added a few more pictures of the outside and the spicy mole sauce
