As an experienced Google reviewer I don’t like giving one star reviews, but in this case there was no choice. I ordered the traditional Popeye’s chicken sandwich. It was terrible. the chicken was so overcooked that I could barely bite through it. I took two bites and threw the remainder away. Was it precooked and just sitting there waiting for a customer? I should have taken the fact that the soft drink station was out of Coke syrup on one side of the fountain as a bad sign. This tells me that this branch could use some better management. I will not be back.

This place is terrible! Not only is it expensive but you barely even get any food. I still had to cook dinner after spending almost 30 bucks here. I’ve been here three times and every single time the chicken is practically miniature, the patties on the chicken sandwiches are paper thin and the chicken tenders are as big around as a finger. The breading is also found lacking, it’s so thin and pale is doesn’t give that same crunch or flavor that you expect from fried chicken. This place is always pretty filthy and chaotic as well

We ordered a few chicken tenders, a drink and a side order of fries. We get our order and there’s no fries and we ask the cashier where are the fries and he has no idea. They were quick to charge for them. They said they were out of fries. Why bother charging us for them if they’re not in stock. They did not apologize and or compensate. Total goofballs running this place. Will never come back.

This is the second store I’m going to, and I want to insist on ordering what I want. If I want Dark Meat and I want twelve Pieces , there’s no reason for the store or the manager to decide what kind of meat I should eat. I have no problem with paying a little extra, but the customer should be right; it’s not the store’s job to force customers into what they should eat. Stop imposing rules that the corporate headquarters isn’t creating; the managers (Becka) are doing a very poor job. The customer has the right to choose what kind of meat and what kind of food they will eat when they go to any restaurant. Also Truck driver we are a good costumers and we deserve respect. I’m tired of this attitudes.

The store was supposed to close at 11, but they shut the drink machine down before we could even get our drinks after we already ordered INSIDE. We were there at 10:00. We tried to just get a refund and they said they don’t know how to do refunds. How do you not know how to do refunds off the same register we just purchased our order at? we were the only customers in the store and we sat here for well over 30 minutes, if not longer. They locked the doors after we came inside. I understand some places close early due to not enough staffing but there were plenty of employees sitting around doing nothing that could’ve handled whatever. 10/10 won’t be back. I just hope I don’t end up with food poisoning

I’m a trucker and I’ve been to a lot of Popeyes and I think this may be the best run Popeyes I’ve ever seen. I watch the guys in the kitchen chew through a bunch of giant orders like nobody’s business didn’t even phase them I was stunned and they were still in good spirits and working quickly on the orders that came after. They all seem to know there jobs

Our cashier (Cindy) was amazing, she was so friendly, smiling and happy. The store was clean, employees were all working and smiling. Ordered and within minutes food was out and fresh. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone.

Was denied my order and turned away. .
While traveling from Springfield Ga back to Midway Ga with my Grandchildren I stopped at the T/A Richmondhill Popeyes For dinner, I placed an order for The FAMILY special for 21$.. 9 pieces chicken or tenders biscuits and 1 large side. My request was 3drums,3thighs,2wings and 1 breast the side was macaroni and I added on regular side of red beans and rice with a small fry. To include 6 strawberry cream pies. The cashier gave me my total of around 50$ and out of the quickness,, a cook interrupted the transaction telling me that special orders can’t be honored up to eight pieces per corporate regulations. I chuckled with irritation because it was still to me just one more piece of chicken per their advertisements. The cook then said that if I could not accept the pieces they gave me then I was welcome to eat at waffle house across the street or find a burger king that will allow me to have my way I looked at him and thought about my grandbabies who would have been just fine with McDonalds. I called for manager but none was available conveniently but yea I didn’t get to what I wanted because cooperate wants to give you what they want you to have according to the cook who was just following rules

It took only minutes to get my order of 20 piece spicy chicken with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I was disappointed when I got home, there were no biscuits in the bag. I thought, when you order the 20 piece dinner with sides, that biscuits were included.
